Notes on accommodation
Each room has individual air conditioning/heating. It also has a hair dryer and a torch. Each room has co-ordinated linen and curtains.
Accessibility
The access to the property is via a gate with one step and a further two steps. You are then in the villa with on ensuite double bedroom at ground floor level.
Outside
The garden has a private stone/brick, free standing BBQ as well as a large stone table and seating. The lit heated pool (if heating is required, there is a reasonable extra charge) and is in the front south facing garden which is beautifully lawned and is also lit. The whole property has a hedge and is fully fenced at the rear to give the added seclusion and privacy. Good quality sun loungers are at your disposal.
Coast/Beach
Villa is south facing towards the ocean. There is a straight road to the sea/beach and it is estimated a 20 mins walk or 5 mins by car (1.3km) to the nearest beach (Garrao and Julia's Restaurant)) which also have other restaurants etc. Other nearby beaches are Ancao and Vale do Lobo. Vilamoura is 6km away and boasts another beach. The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a short distance. The water is clear water. There are good swimming conditions in luke warm water.
Golf
Ideal for Golfers. We are amidst golfers paradise.You are surrounded by several famous golf courses. The famous Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo Golf Courses are about 5 mins away. Vilamoura Courses are 6 km away. You are spoiled for choice. The property is across the street from Sir Henry Cotton's Vale do Lobo's - Royal Golf Course

Quinta Jacintina is located within the most prestigious location in Portugal "Golden Triangle". It is sandwiched between Vale do Lobo (across the road) and Quinta do Lago world renowned resorts.
There are fantastic restaurants in the vicinity. airport is about 20 min drive (8km) and it is near best beaches and amenities.
We bought this Villa for our own use and it has been decorated, equipped for personal use. We let it to help pay the mortgage.

Why we like it: No high rise buildings, space out properties, privacy, quietness, greenery and friendly neighbours and surroundings. It is not overcrowded
There is a gardener/handyman who lives in the development and is on site and doubles up for security and we are serviced by a lovely team of ladies who clean our Villas.
