A very bright, spacious one bedroom flat set in a very quiet area surrounded by trees, plants and flowers. Varanda overlooking the Estoril golf course. Not suitable for over 50´s.

Kitchenette fully equipped with stove, fridge and microwave.

Use of Pool with deck chairs, patio BBQ with large table.
Estoril and Cascais beached within 5km distance. 6 beautiful golf courses within a radius of 4km.

Services included: Normal consumption of gas, water and electricity, garden and swimming pool maintenance and once a week cleaning with changeover of linen and towels. Not suitable for young children due to pool safety precautions and over 60's.
