Quinta do Loumar is a beautiful villa with its own large (6x12m) swimming pool and a tennis court. There are two sizeable double bedrooms en-suite and two twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens to the spacious living area which leads to the pool terrace with some sea views. The kitchen and the bathrooms have been all renovated and the villa is tastefully furnished. There is Sky TV package offering also Sky Sports and broadband internet access on request. The villa is located on the edge of the Vale de Milho estate in a residential area within 5min drive from Carvoeiro centre and its amenities. The sizeable plot, with mature gardens, is fully fenced/hedged in with electric gates to the road offering privacy and security. Plenty of off-road parking.

Notes on prices
The prices are per week per villa. Pool heating extra £125/week. Change-over day in the high season (June-August) is Thursday, other times we can be flexible. Prices include air-conditioning and the maid service (2-3 times a week).

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, diswasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Granite tops and a breakfast bar opening to the dining room. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans for guests who want to cook and eat in. |

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and heaters. The lounge/dining room has ceiling fan, heater and a wood burner but no a/c.
The villa is mainly on one floor, only exception is the master bedroom on the first floor, and the couple of steps between the dining area and the lounge.
Outside
There is a large patio/pool area with a built-in BBQ and covered seating area. Sunbeds and mattresses are provided for 8 people. The pool is large 6x12m and can be heated for an extra cost £125/week. Four (4) tennis rackets provided.
Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro has several beaches scattered along the coast. The nearest to the villa is Vale Centeanes beach within 10min walk.
Golf
Vale de Milho 9-hole golf course 3-min walk from the villa.
Two 18-hole courses at Pestana/Gramacho resort 5min drive and several other courses within 20-30min drive. Please ask for telephone numbers and further info.
Travel
Faro airport 45min drive (motorway with tolls).
Lisbon airport 2.5h drive (motorway with tolls).
Sevilla airport in Spain 2.5h drive (motorway, partly tolls).
Airport pick-up can be arranged and car hire is recommended but not essential.

Booking notes
30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
£150 breakage deposit is added to the final payment but is refundable after departure if no damages/breakages.
