Quinta do Loumar is a spacious 4-bedroom/3-bathroom villa with its own large (6x12m) swimming pool and a tennis court. Located on the edge of the Vale de Milho estate within 5min drive from Carvoeiro centre. The sizeable plot, with mature gardens, is fully fenced/hedged in with electric gates to the road offering privacy and security.

Notes on prices
The prices are per week per villa. Pool heating extra £100/week. Change-over day in the high season (June-August) is Thursday, other times we can be flexible. Prices include air-conditioning and the maid service (2-3 times a week).

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom en-suite on the first floor. On the ground floor double bedroom ensuite and further two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms air-conditioned. |
| Bathrooms: | Both en-suite bathrooms have a walking shower, wc and the master bedroom's bathroom also has a separate bath. The third bathroom has a walking shower, bath, wc and bidet. There is also a separate guest cloackroom. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, diswasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan dining/living area at two levels (two steps in between) with a wood burner for winter months. Dining table seats 8. Two large sofas plus an armchair. Satellite TV, DVD and CD-Player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maid service 2-3 times a week, towels changed twice weekly and bedlinen once a week. Pool towels provided but not changed during the stay. |
Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and heaters. The lounge/dining room has ceiling fan, heater and a wood burner but no a/c.
The villa is mainly on one floor, only exception is the master bedroom on the first floor, and the couple of steps between the dining area and the lounge.

Carvoeiro has several beaches scattered along the coast. The nearest to the villa is Vale Centeanes beach within 10min walk.
Golf
Vale de Milho 9-hole golf course 3-min walk from the villa.
Two 18-hole courses at Pestana resort 5-10min drive and several other courses within 20-30min drive. Please ask for telephone numbers and further info.
Travel
Faro airport 45min drive (motorway, no tolls).
Lisbon airport 2.5h drive (motorway with tolls).
Sevilla airport in Spain 2.5h drive (motorway, no tolls).
Airport pick-up can be arranged and car hire is recommended but not essential.

Booking notes
30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
£100 breakage deposit is added to the final payment but is refundable after departure if no damages/breakages.
