Our villa is located on the resort of Clube Golfemar near Carvoeiro in The Algarve. There are 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom facilities and large balconies. The complex is purpose built, and includes a communal pool, located alongside the Vale de Milho 9-hole golf course. Local bars, restaurants and beaches are only minutes walk away. The villa offers satellite TV, video, DVD, ipod speakers and electronic safe. The villa is non-smoking.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Option for 2 bed rental for smaller parties (at reduced rate in low and mid season only). Bookings also accepted in euros at current prevailing exchange rate. May consider discounts for long Winter lets. 5% discount on bookings made before end of March 2009.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Thursday but will consider other days. Arrival after 2pm, departure before 10am.

Coast/Beach
Several excellent beaches nearby nearest about 15 minutes walk away. You can also take beautiful cliffs walk from the villa.
Golf
Val de Milho is a picturesque 9-hole golf club about 5 minutes walk away. A good test and ideal when you don't want a full eighteen taking up too much time. Longest hole is around 170yds. There are also two quality, full eighteen hole courses on the Pestana complex about 15 minutes drive away (called Pinta and Gramacho).
Travel
Fly into Faro which is about 45 minutes away. Car hire recommended.
Distances
2 km to Carvoeiro. Two water theme parks only 10mins drive away. Rocha Brava 300m and during summer months local road train runs from Rocha Brava to Carvoeiro town square.

Small local shop within walking distance from villa, good for general needs. Larger supermarket in Carvoeiro 2km away.
