Its 645 hectares of pine forest border the Atlantic Ocean and 3.5km of golden beaches right at hand. Within the Quinta there are 2 shopping centres, a bank, supermarkets, designer boutiques and a huge variety of restaurants. Car is essencial.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in euros. Electricity and air conditioning is included in the price. However, excess charges will be incurred if the air conditioning units are operated continuously, especially if the terrace doors are kept open while the units are running! To use the telephone service for outgoing calls a deposit is payable on connection. This deposit must be 'topped up' to maintain the connection.

Saturdays in high and peak season. Other times flexible.

3 terraces (1 front terrace with table and chairs, small rear terrace with chair and private roof terrace). Large swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The pool and bar are 1/2 minutes walk and are exclusively for Victory Village Clients. There are also 2 tennis courts. Private parking with 24 hour security.

Coast/Beach
Walking distance to beautiful, sandy beach via a wooden bridge over the nature reserve. 3.5km of sandy beach, virtually private to the Quinta estate, with life-guard during summer months.

Golf
3 world class championship golf courses within the quinta estate. Dozens more nearby. Rentors may have discount of green fees on the QDL golf course.

Travel
Faro airport is 20 minutes away.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rental must be made to confirm a booking. The remaining 80% must be paid 8 weeks before commencement of the rental. A cash deposit of 300 euros is taken on arrival against breakages. It will be refunded on departure, subject to deductions, if any. We will supply full details of booking conditions.

About the owner
We are Portuguese owners who live in the Algarve. My husband and I have bought this apartment because of the fantastic situation near the beach-10 mins walk and our children and grandchildren love the pool area. This development is quite peaceful even during the summer. The apartment is a one bedroom with two bathrooms which is ideal for us. We have furnished it to be simple but comfortable. We are open to any ideas to make it more comfortable. In the eight years we have had it we only had one complaint and dealt with it immediately.
