Accessibility
The property is approached up a steep hill and then stairs to the front door and as such may not be suitable for disabled persons.
Outside
Outside there is a heated pool with a selection of garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a large double garage.
Coast/Beach
Figuero do Foz is the main seaside resort used by the Portuguese and is about an hour away, this has wide stretches of sand and all the usual seaside attractions.
Golf
The nearest golf course is at Figuero do Foz about an hour away, as is the sea and the nearest beach.
Travel
The property is about 2 hours from Porto or Lisbon airports and is simple to find, just follow the A1 South or North to the Condeixa exit. One of the attractions is the tranquility of the location yet the ease with which you can find it.

Approx 160km south of Porto. 25km south of Coimbra. 5km west of Penela.
Further details
Basic facilities such as banks, restaurants and a small supermarket are available in Penela. For major purchases and McDonalds then you need Coimbra.
