Praia D'el Rey is a beautiful golf and beach resort situated on Portugal's Silver Coast just 1 hours drive north of Lisbon. As well as boasting miles of exquisite sandy beaches it has a championship golf course that Golf World ranked as the 13th best in continental Europe. It also has excellent tennis and football facilities and a 5* Marriott Hotel with Spa. Nearby is the historic town of Obidos, the fishing town of Peniche and Obidos Lagoon. Our 3 bedroom apartment can comfortably sleep 6 people, with a double sofabed allowing for an extra 2 people. The apartment is well furnished and opens directly onto the shared pool, so it is ideal for families and couples as well as golfers. Central heating and an open fire in the lounge allow for relaxing winter breaks.

| Bedrooms: | The 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms are all doubles in size and have twin beds in each. Large double wardrobes provide plenty of storage space. All bed linen is provided. A child bed and cot are also avalaible if required. |
| Bathrooms: | Two luxurious bathrooms, 1 en-suite, with marble surfaces and excellent fittings. Both have a bath, shower, wc and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | Large contemporary kitchen includes cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee perculator and kettle. There is also a full range of cooking utensils. |
| Utility Room: | The hall cupboard contains an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and cleaning equipment. |
| Living Rooms: | Large lounge/diner with feature fireplace. Furnished with large solid oak table with 8 chairs, wine cabinet (empty I'm afraid), large sofa, double sofabed, TV, DVD and CD player. Sky freeview is installed, so guests can take their own sky viewing cards |
| Other: | The kitchen has a oak patio table with 6 chairs and a kettle BBQ which can be wheeled out onto the sun terrace. The lounge's large double doors can be folded back to give excellent views directly onto the pool, so ideal for families with young children. |

All towels and linen provided and are cleaned and changed before and after rental. For rentals exceeding 1 week, extra cleaning will be done at 7 day intervals. |

Accessibility
As the property is on the ground floor it has good wheelchair access to the back and front of the property.

Large unspoilt sandy beach is approx 15 minute walk.
Golf
On site, Praia D'el Rey golf course is a part links (Atlantic Ocean) and park tree lined course. Clubhouse is approx 10 minute walk.
Travel
Resort is 1 hour north from Lisbon.
Directions Leave Airport, at roundabout take 1st exit signed 2a Circular).
Follow signs to A8 Loures/Leira or Oeste.
Take exit 14 for IP6 Peniche then take 1st exit for Serra D'el Rey, turn left at the roundabout and follow signs for PDR.
Cheap fights to Lisbon with flytap.com, flymonarch.com, easyjet.com.
