This is our second home so is not furnished strictly for rent; consequently it is a very comfortable house. The kitchen has had a total re-furbishment and the 9x5m pool has just been re-tiled. Within a short car journey we have many different beaches, Gale, Castello, Rafael, to name but a few and close by approx. 5 mins drive is the Salgados Nature Reserve, and the Salgados Golf Course.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The prices shown are for 6 persons, but up to 4 persons prices as follows: Nov 2011 to March 2012 £450 per week. April 2012 £500 per week. May 2012 £700 per week. June 2012 £800 per week. July 2012 £1200 per week. August 2012 £1300 per week. September 2012 £800 per week. October 2012 £650 per week. There is a supplement charge of £50 per week for logs during winter lets.
Changeover day
Usually Thursday, but can be flexible at certain times.

| Other: | The villa enjoys a central atrium which is open to the sky and contains a water fountain, It has windows on three sides but is not accessable from the villa. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and changed once a week. The villa is also cleaned once a week. |

Notes on accommodation
We feel the villa gives lovely family accommodation although because the pool is not gated and there are steps leading up to a roof terrace, very young children must be carefully monitored.
Outside
2200sqm of private land, some landscaped some terraced some planted with trees and remains rural. Outdoor furniture includes table chairs loungers gazebo. Built-in BBQ private 9x5m private pool.
Coast/Beach
10 mins drive to various beaches Gale Castello Rafael Evoristo plus more, but approx 40 mins walk. All beaches are golden sands and most have a beach restaurant and most provide lovely opportunities for walks.
Golf
Salgados Golf Course is approx 5 mins drive from the villa.
Travel
Faro approx 35 mins drive. Car highly recommended.
Distances
Approx 3km west of Albufeira. 10 mins drive to Zoomarine. Approx 20 mins drive to Water Park. Approx 10 mins drive to Salgados Nature Reserve.
Further details
10 mins drive to Algarve shopping complex in Guia. 5 mins drive to Guia famous for piri piri restaurants, also banks etc. Supermarket and restaurants approx 20 mins walk from villa.
