Vila Sol is approximately 20 minutes by car from Faro airport.
Distances
Only 10 minutes drive from Vilamoura marina with its variety of bars and restaurants. The Aquashow family fun park is just 5 minutes drive away.

A supermarket, bank, bar and restaurant are available at the entrance to the Vila Sol site, approx 15 minutes walk from the house. Other supermarkets and banks are situated in Vilamoura and Almancil. Welcome pack available on request.
Booking notes
Please e-mail (preferred) or telephone giving details of your preferred dates. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable at the time of booking, with full payment due four weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable deposit of £150 is also required against any breakages etc. This will be returned after the property has been checked by our agent.
We will donate 5% of all 2012 rentals to the CHICKS charity (Country Holidays for Inner City Kids)

About the owner
I work full time in central London and suffer a daily commute by train. The house is my way of escaping from the daily grind! The property was new when we purchased it back in 2004.
We are keen supporters of CHICKS (Country Holidays for Inner City Kids) a charity that provides holidays for disadvantaged children. We will donate 5% of all rental income to CHICKS in 2012.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
My husband Colin and I both love golf, so we bought a property which is very close to some of the best golf courses the Algarve has to offer. The Algarve is great for adults and kids alike, with long stretches of wonderful sandy beaches.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is well away from road and traffic noise. We also have a basement garage that houses a full size table tennis table and table football machine.
