Casa Branca is a lovely private three bedroom detached villa, all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Situated in the Atalaia district of Lagos, approximately five minutes drive from the town centre and beaches. Boavista Golf Resort is also only 3 minutes drive away. On the ground floor, the living/dining area is comfortably furnished, has satellite TV and a DVD player. There is air conditioning in the living area only and is available on request at an additional charge. The dining area seats six. Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace. The fully fitted kitchen is complete with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There are fans and heaters in all bedrooms.

Price negotiable for long winter lets. Price negotiable for 4/5 day golf holidays. Electric and gas are charged extra for period 01 November to 31 March.

The garage has a pool table, dartboard and 2 bikes. Outside is a large terrace area which surrounds the pool (approx 10m x 4m) and a barbecue. The garden is enclosed and has a lawn and mature shrubs. |
Cleaning/towels/

There is a mid week towel change and light clean and bed linen and towels are changed at the end of each week. Extra towels are available on request. |
Notes on accommodation
For the comfort of all guest we appreciate that you do not smoke inside the villa. There are electric heaters in all bedrooms, lounge and kitchen.

Outside
Outside is a large terrace area which surround a large private swimming pool (10m x 4m) and barbecue. The pool can be heated at an additional cost of £70 week. The garden is enclosed and has a lawn and many mature shrubs. From the upstairs balcony of the villa you can see the sea.
Coast/Beach
Four main beaches are all with in 5 minutes drive away they are Meia Praia, Dona Ana, Porto de Mos and Praia da Luz. You can also walk to Porto de Mos which takes 15 minutes.
Golf
Boavist Golf Resort is 3 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro. Car hire is essential as the villa is located 50 minutes drive from the airport. Cars can easily be hired from the airport in advance.
Distances
The villa is situated in Atalaia which is approximately 5 minutes drive from the town of Lagos and 5 minutes drive from the town of Luz. There are several restaurants within a 20 minute walk. It takes 35 minutes to walk in to Lagos town.
Further details
A large supermarket is within 3 minutes drive from the villa, several restaurants are within walking distance. Lagos has many shops, restaurants, bars, doctors, dentist etc. Several infromation packs in the villa provide details of sightseeing, places of interest and activities for children.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made by e-mail or phone once availability has been confirmed. A 30% deposit on booking will be required, balance payable six weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday. We require a £200 deposit as security for any breakages. The deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days at the end of your holiday.
