The villa is situated in a quiet residential area with beautiful hill views and is furnished and equipped to very high standards. Balconies/terraces situated throughout the villa with pleasant garden views. Amongst its many qualities, the villa offers a BBQ patio area by the pool as well as satellite TV in the comfort of its lounge. Local restaurants and supermarkets are a 6 minute walk away. Further restaurants and snack bars and supermarkets are a 10 minute drive away. The Fisherman’s Beach is a 5 minute drive away. Faro Airport is 30 minutes drive away. Transfers from the airport and back can be provided upon request, 35 euros up to 4 persons and 55 euros up to 8 persons.

Changeover day
The villa is available from 3pm onwards on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Changeover days are Thursdays(Summer) usually a Saturday (Winter).

Towels and Linen are provided. Maid will clean the Villa before your arrival at the Villa and at departure. If your stay is more then 7 nights, then cleaning will take place mid break. Each clean will include Towels and linen change. |

Balconies/terraces situated throughout the Villa with pleasant garden views. A large private swimming pool (shallow depth 0.5 meters, deep depth 2.5 meters). Shower and BBQ are situated by the pool. Outside furniture is supplied which includes 2 sunloungers and 4 deck chairs. Parking is available in the villa basement car park. Additional parking places can be found just outside the villa grounds. Even though this is a non-smoking villa, ashtrays are provided in the terrace areas.
Coast/Beach
The Fisherman’s Beach is a 5 minute drive away from the Villa.
Travel
From Faro Airport the villa is a 30 minutes drive away, we would recommend car hire.
Distances
Old Market Square approx 5 minute drive. Albufeira town/strip approx 7/8 minute drive.

Booking notes
Upon receipt of enquiry, your questions will be answered. If you proceed with the booking, a 25% non-refundable upfront deposit will be required at time of Booking to hold the rental. Remainder 75% plus £100 *Security Deposit will be required 8 weeks before your arrival at the Villa. *Security Deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of you returning from your holdiay, providing no damages occur at the Villa.

we returned from your villa last week and had a great time, the house and pool were fabulous, we would be interested in going back next yr (if you havent sold it) we looked after the place well and cleaned whilst we were there and didnt damage anything as i am sure your agents out there will confirm.
