This new quality 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a small private condominium of just 20 apartments in the upper west area of Carvoeiro. It is right next to the Carvoeiro Tennis Club and close to the Pestana Golf Resort with its two 18 hole courses. The apartment is just 40 minutes drive from Faro airport. Carvoeiro town centre with its many shops, bars and restaurants is a short drive or a 30 minute stroll (downhill!) away. The small village of Sesmarias which has a few bars, restaurants and a mini-market is within comfortable walking distance, or a 5 minute drive takes you to a large hypermarket. The apartment is on the upper level and there are stunning views of the sea and mountains from both the balconies and the roof terrace.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK pounds. Maximum occupancy of 4 people. Includes electricity, use of air-conditioning and heating, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Maid service is once a week.
Changeover day
Negotiable, depending on existing bookings. Arrival time is after 3pm, departure by 10am.

| Kitchen: | The spacious kitchen has a balcony overlooking the pool and is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and iron/ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The large air-conditioned lounge/dining area is furnished to a very high standard with 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, sideboard and coffee table, satellite LCD TV, DVD player and CD Hi-Fi with cable to connect MP3 player. |
| Other: | Patio doors lead from the lounge to a terrace furnished with table and chairs. The roof terrace with its fantastic views of the sea and mountains has a built in BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers with cushions. |

Linen and towels are included. Please bring your own towels for the pool/beach. Maid service is weekly with a linen and towel change. |

Outside
This small, privately owned condominium is set in a peaceful location with beautifully landscaped gardens and a shared pool. There are two terraces with sea views overlooking the pool, one with table and chairs. The private roof terrace has even more spectacular views and has BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
There are many wonderful sandy beaches backed by spectacular sandstone cliffs and with the usual watersport activities within a few minutes drive. Many of the beaches have restaurant/bars. Just the place to watch the sun go down with a gin and tonic in you hand!
Golf
There are many excellent golf courses nearby. Pestana Golf Resort with its two 18 hole courses, driving range and Golf Academy is less than 5 minutes away. The 9 hole par 3 Vale de Milho golf course is about a 10 minute drive away. All of the 21 courses in the Algarve are within reach from Carvoeiro.
Special interest holidays
The apartment is situated adjacent to the Carvoeiro Tennis Club with its 12 all-weather courts and excellent coaches. The tennis club can arrange individual and group lessons either daily or 3 and 5 day courses. The Tennis Club has a swimming pool, fitness club with gym, bar and snack bar, table tennis, pool tables, aerobics and hairdresser.
Travel
Our apartment is 40 minutes from Faro airport by car. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The small village of Sesmarias with a few shops, bars and restaurants is a few minutes walk away. A 30 min walk or short drive brings you to Carvoeiro town centre with its many shops, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and supermarket. 10 mins by car to the west is the fishing village of Ferragudo with its wonderful sea-food restaurants.
Further details
There are many places of interest and leisure within easy distance of Carvoeiro. Silves, Portimao and Lagos are worth visiting and there are 2 water parks and Zoomarine nearby.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is payable at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Full payment is required if the booking is within 8 weeks of arrival. Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance cover in case of cancellation, loss of belongings etc.
