Casa Verao is a beautiful villa with magnificent views of the sea across a quiet valley of almond groves and vineyards. Faro airport is only 40 minutes by car. The property sleeps up to 10 people and is very comfortably furnished with a spacious living/dining room opening on to a superb sun terrace. There is a large, deep swimming pool which is kept beautifully valeted , plenty of sun beds , a 5/6th size tennis court and terraced landscaped gardens. The garden is large with mature trees and and terraced gardens. There is table tennis and Wifi internet access.

There are a huge number of Golf courses within easy reach of the villa and we can book anything for you.
Travel
We can organise car hire at competitive rates, or taxis, to be at the airport on your arrival.
Faro Airport is 40 mins by car.
Lisbon and Seville are both two qnd a half hours by car.
Distances
Nearest large town 2.5km, with all shops, local market etc is Armacao de Pera. Daily shopping now possible at large supermarket , less than 1km away, with fresh fish & meat counter. Also local shops in Porches, 1.5 km away.
Further details
We are very fortunate to be able to offer the services of a maid and gardener Ana works 5 mornings a week and will deal with all your cleaning requirements and babysit on request. The villa is situated 5 minutes from supermarkets, markets, banks, restaurants, beaches. 15 minutes drive from Algarve shopping which has designer shops and cinemas etc.. There is tennis coaching, thalasotherapy and water sports etc nearby and these can all be arranged for you. Our house manager lives nearby and will help you with any bookings if you want and any other information. She will liaise with you when you book the villa and get all your travel details and arrival times etc... and any requirements you have and she will visit you at the beginning of your stay and keep in touch with you while you are staying.

About the owner
The villa has been owned by the same family since 1969 when it was built. It has been enjoyed by all of us during this time. It is very well managed and looked after and we like it kept to a high standard. We have many returning guests who love it as much as us.
It is enjoyed by all generations and provides a wonderful setting for a first class family holiday.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The property is in the most fantastic location with outstanding uninterrupted views down the valley to the sea. It is a very rural setting and scene providing total peace and quiet. But so conveniently located for easy access to beaches and restaurants. It is completely easy for going out for dinner or shopping with enormous choice in all directions. It really is the best of everything. There is masses of space and lovely gardens and the rooms are all big and well laid out.
Unique benefits of the property
The house immediately makes you start to relax. There is nothing to disturb your peace and it feels very tranquil.
Even in the very high season when the Algarve is buzzing you would never know. The shopping is very close and open until very late and you can easily avoid contending with hordes of people at all.
There are so many cheap or expensive restaurants that can be reached in a moment. There are beaches minutes from the house where there are no parking issues and so you can go for a short time or long time with very little effort.
The house has provided so many very happy holidays since it was built by us in 1969 and so many of the same faces return again and again.
