This luxury villa has been beautifully furnished and as it is built on one level, it is ideal for families with young children. It is only 800 metres from the beach and 5 minutes drive to the Centre of Carvoeiro with it's restaurants and bars. Situated on the Vale de Milho Golf Course, this is also convenient for golf and tennis. Carvoreiro is situated next to a cove with golden cliffs and beaches. The village is the focal point for evening entertainment with many restaurants and bars. The villa has a comfortable lounge and dining room with Sky Satellite TV, video, DVD, CD player, table tennis table and telephone. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a barbecue and a private heat able swimming pool.

There are 7 restaurants within 10 minutes walk of the villa. Taxis to Carvoeiro, where there are many restaurants, cost around 5 euros. Large supermarket 5 minutes by car or about 5 euros in taxi plus coffee shop and small supermarket 10 mins walk.

25% deposit required to secure booking. Payment by bank transfer or UK cheque. Balance plus security deposit payable 8 weeks before start of rental period.

About the owner
My wife and I live in Kent with our two children. We also have many animals to look after including donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits and a cat!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We first visited Carvoeiro in the late 90s and loved it. We promised ourselves that if we could ever do it we would try and buy a place there. It's been the best thing we have done. Our family visit every year and has been a great place for our kids, now they are getting a bit older their mad about the tennis, beach, water parks and golf. It's great when we can take the older generation out as well as there is enough room for everyone to have their own space. We also like that if feels like a traditional Portuguese village and not noisy but still full of good restaurants.
Unique benefits of the property
It's just good being in a quiet cul-de-sac but still being able to go round the corner to the beach or restaurants.
