It is only 800 metres from the beach and 5 minutes drive to the Centre of Carvoeiro with it's restaurants and bars. Situated on the Vale de Milho Golf Course, this is also convenient for golf and tennis. Carvoreiro is situated next to a cove with golden cliffs and beaches. The village is the focal point for evening entertainment with many restaurants and bars. The villa has a comfortable lounge and dining room with Sky Satellite TV, video, DVD, CD player and telephone. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a barbecue and a private heatable swimming pool.

There are 7 restaurants within 10 minutes walk of the villa. Taxis to Carvoeiro, where there are many restaurants, cost around 5 euros. Large supermarket 5 minutes by car or about 5 euros in taxi plus coffee shop and small supermarket 10 mins walk.

25% deposit required to secure booking. Payment by bank transfer or UK cheque. Balance plus security deposit payable 8 weeks before start of rental period.
