Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Supplements include: pool heating £120 per week, cot and highchair £25 each per week. Fold up bed £50 per week.
Changeover day
Thursday main season (June to September). Flexible at other times.
Villa available from 3pm on day of arrival.
Villa must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Separate walled garden with lawn, shrubs and palm trees. Full sized floodlit tennis court with practice wall and viewing terrace. Beautiful views over landscaped gardens and surrounding countryside, very private and secluded. Traditional courtyard with flowering shrubs, lemon and citrus trees, gazebo seating area and parking.
Coast/Beach
The enchanting town of Lagos is 10-15 mins drive away offering a host of excellent restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment. The beach of Meia Praia stretches for several miles, there are numerous smaller beaches and coves and for surfing the west coast meets the Atlantic Ocean where surfing is ideal.
Golf
There are 4 courses within easy reach: Palmares approx 10 mins drive. Boa Vista approx 10-15 mins drive. Parque da Floresta approx 15 mins drive. Also the renowned Penina (Alvor) is approx 30 mins drive.
Travel
Faro airport is only 1 hour drive. Use of car is essential as this a rural position. Taxis available to and from Lagos.
Distances
For mobility transport is essential as the local bus service is approx 1 mile away.

Nearest shops approx 3 miles. Main supermarkets (3) in Lagos. Great variety of restaurants/bistro's and cafes in Lagos and surrounding villages. See recommendations in guest information folder at villa. English speaking manager with excellent local knowledge.
Booking notes
10% deposit on booking if more than 6 month in advance (otherwise 15%). Full payment 8 weeks before arrival date, to include an additional £100 returnable breakage
deposit. Swimming pool heating charged at £120 per week (must be pre booked). Highchair/cot charged at £25 each per week (please pre book).
