Located in a quiet area on the west side of Lagos and next to beautiful beaches, cliffs and grottos (one of the most photographed areas of the Algarve). Great value local bars/restaurants used by visitors and locals alike and only a 10 mins stroll into the old historic walled area of Lagos. All fittings and furniture are of the best quality. The rooms are all spacious with large windows and electronic blinds and the apartment has underground dedicated parking, quality lift, intercom and the entrance areas, stairs are finished and maintained to the highest standard. Best of all the area out to the lighthouse is still largely unspoilt with great views to both east and west plus immediate/nearby access to excellent local buses. Away from the more commercialised central areas of the Algarve with easy access to the interior areas of southern Portugal.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. £100 non-refundable deposit per week of stay required at time of booking, balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. In case new guests are arriving the same day departure must be by 10am to allow the cleaners to prepare for new arrivals.

Outside
Elevated pool and garden area beautifully maintained (separate small children's pool). Shower/WC. Walled and gated giving privacy and security. Views to the cliffs and ocean. Also excellent views from the rooftop terrace.
Coast/Beach
The best beaches, coves and cliffs just a couple of mins stroll, the nearest being the famous Dona Ana with boat rides or cliff top walks to the grottos and lighthouse. The miles long Meia Praia beach is at the other end of town 10 mins away by bus or car. The wind surfing area is a bit further west approx 20 mins drive away.
Golf
Boa Vista golf course a few minutes away plus 3 others within 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Car not essential for enjoying Lagos and district (buses are excellent and taxis not too expensive) but needed for exploring further afield. The rail service which runs from Lagos to Faro is cheap and makes a great day out as it offers fantastic views and stops at all the resorts.
Distances
Stacks of excellent bar/restaurants, mini supermarkets, Chinese takeaway within the immediate locale but no full English breakfast type pubs and the like though there are a few in Lagos. The old walls of historic Lagos town are just 10 mins walk where there are numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and narrow cobbled winding streets mostly occupied by locals; to suit all tastes and pockets.
Further details
Faro airport is approx 50 miles away - less than 1 hour by car or taxi via the new motorway. Lisbon about 2.5 hours distance - direct coach link from Lagos centre. Plenty of other attractions - Zoo, water parks, all water sport activities. Good area for walks and birdwatching - may see dolphins from lighthouse.
