Well-equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, optional air conditioning (at extra cost). The apartment is placed between the third and fourth holes of the Val de Milho golf course. Discounted fees for this available to tenants. Carvoeiro village with many good restaurants, bars and shops is a short drive away.

Notes on accommodation
Not suitable for small children as it is on the first floor. Children accepted only with parents responsibility for their safety. Air-conditioning extra at €60 per week (payable with balance or locally if required at a later date). Smoking confined to balcony area. Some furniture in photographs is Owners own and may be replaced with similar.
Outside
Well-maintained gardens throughout the condominium. Large wrap-around balcony with table and four chairs. Large shared pool surrounded by grassy area. Ample parking spaces. Weber BBQ.
Coast/Beach
10 minute walk to nearest beach but many lovely beaches in the area. Cliff walks are also available nearby. Spectacular views are assured.
Golf
Property adjacent to Val de Milho Golf course (9 hole, par 3) (20% discount to tenants). Many other golf courses are within a short drive including the prestigious Pinta and Gramacho courses (15 minutes drive). Alto Golf, Salgados and Penina are all within striking distance.
Travel
Faro airport is 45 minutes drive. Car hire recommended but many airport transfer/ taxi companies operate closeby.
Distances
Nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk but main supermarket is a 5 minute drive. Fishing port of Portimão is about 20 minutes by car. Many other places of interest including Slide and Splash, Zoomarine, Aqualand, boat trips, Lagos Zoo and Omega park (small wildlife reserve) are less than an hour's drive. The spectacular Monchique mountains are cool in summer and only 35 minutes away.

Nearest banks are in the village with many cash points also. A plethora of good eating establishments with many different types of cuisine. Contact details for recommended restaurants in apartment. Tennis courts 5 minutes walk away at Rocha Brava. Fishing trips from Portimão and Lagos Marinas.
