Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. No minimum or maximum rental period. The arrival time is 2pm and the apartment must usually be vacated by 10am. However, at quieter periods, any times of arrival and departure can be accommodated.

The award winning beach of Armacao de Pera is approximately 10 minutes' easy walk from the apartment. Many smaller beaches and coves are within a very short drive.
Golf
Several golf course are within a short drive of the property. The nearest is the Salgados course, which is only a few minutes away.
Travel
The apartment is approximately 30 mins drive from Faro airport. Car hire is not essential as beach, restaurants, shops etc are within a short walking distance. Transfers from Faro airport can be arranged.
Distances
The apartment is situated in the central Algarve and as such all the resorts and attractions of the region are within easy reach, with nowhere being more than 45 minutes' drive away.
Further details
There is a good selection of traditional restaurants in Armacao de Pera and many friendly bars and cafes. There are several mini-markets and local shops within walking distance of the apartment, with a larger supermarket 5 minutes' drive away. Ten minutes drive will take you to the large Algarve Shopping Centre at Guia. There are two water parks nearby, along with crazy golf, karting and the Zoomarine attraction.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before the first day of the rental. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required, payable with the balance of the rental. Discount given for longer winter lets.
