Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. Long winter rentals to be negotiated. Price includes cleaning,laundry and towels. Garage surcharge is 10 Euros per day all year.
Changeover day

Notes on accommodation
The apartments have central heating. We like to keep the apartments as a non smoking area.

Travel
Faro airport 90kms, via motorway, about 1 hour travelling by car. Lagos picturesque old town 15kms. Sagres 15kms. Cabo Sao Vincente 25kms (most SW point of Europe, next stop USA). A rental car is recommended in order to visit the beautiful unspoilt west coast and to have a look in the mountains to Monchique.

All village restaurants and shops close by, including a money withdrawal machine. A well equipped supermarket with cash station and automatic money withdrawal 3kms away in Budens. Travel agency and internet cafe close by.
Booking notes
A: On a firm booking a deposit of 30 percent of the total renting costs have to be paid. B: In case arrival date is less than 90 days after booking the full amount have to be paid. In case A, the balance of the full renting costs must be paid 90 days before arrival. Cancellation up till 90 days before arrival.
