Os Netos is set in superb landscaped gardens within the Penina estate, offering a very high level of privacy. The villa offers spacious accommodation for 8 persons and will comfortably accommodate 9 or 10. Downstairs there is a particularly large lounge,(4.8 x 7.5 m) and a sun lounge leading to a south and west facing patio with swimming pool, barbecue area and table tennis table. The pool is an excellent size (12 x 6 m). The bottom of the pool has a slight slope from the shallow end to a flat bottomed deeper end which is 4’ 6’’ deep.( 1.4 metres) Leading from the well appointed kitchen is the dining room, with a second TV, video player and small video library; and a games room (with pool table and darts game). Outside the kitchen is a car port providing shade for two cars. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms; two with en-suite shower rooms, two with their own bathrooms next door and a large balcony.

Changeover day
Bookings can be for any number of days between 7 and 14, subject to availability. If the booking is for 8 to 13 days and fits a gap, a pro rata rate will be charged for the additional days. We are flexable on changover days subject to avaliblity.

The kitchen hall leads to the dining room, which has a second TV with video player and small video library. Next to the dining room is a store room which has 4 half sets of golf clubs; 2 golf trolleys; 4 folding beach chairs; 4 body boards; and various other beach equipment. This leads onto a games room, with a pool table, and dart board. mosquito netting.
Outside
There is a large west facing patio, with a BBQ area, 8 loungers and 8 garden chairs. As well as its own heated outdoor swimming pool, all surrounded by a walled garden.

The nearest beach to Os Netos its Alvor Beach which is approximately 8Km.
Golf
Os Netos is located on the prestigious Penina Golf Estate. The Penina golf estate offers Long flat courses with lakes trees and bunkers. 18 holes (plus two 9 hole courses) 6935 yards 6343 metres. S.S.S. 73. Also Resort Course - 9 holes 3268 yards 2987 metres. S.S.S. 35 and Academy Course - 9 holes 2035 yards 1851 metres. S.S.S. 31. Golf academy putting greens. Next to the games room is a garage which houses an electric golf buggy. This can be pre-booked, at a cost of £25 per week, for use on the adjacent Penina golf courses. The buggy can be charged overnight. Special rates have been negotiated with the golf course, for guests at the villa,( eg 15/6 to 15/9 – 18 holes on Championship course = 57 euros per person + Resort course 2x9 holes = 28 euros) There are also many other golf courses a short drive away.

Further details
The tariff includes cleaning before and after each booking, all linen and towels, (except for beach and pool). For stays in excess of one week, a linen and towel change is provided. Bookings will be provisional for two weeks.
Booking notes
Our pricing is very realistic. Bookings that span price changed dates will be prorata. Bookings for two weeks would attract a 10% discount for the lower tariff week. These prices are based on 4 to 8 persons. For bookings of 2 to 3 persons, a reduction of £50 per person will be allowed. For 9 to 10 persons an additional £50 will be charged.
