All linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. Towels will be changed mid week and linen once a week during your stay. Cleaner once, midway through your stay. Daily service possible by arrangement.

Outside
Set in four acres of partly natural (lemon and orange trees, almonds, figs, grape vines and carob trees) and partly beautiful landscaped private grounds with stunning views on the edge of the village of Amendoeira. Large 12m x 6m salt water (latest salienation process which is kind to your skin) swimming pool with spacious shaded terrace area and pool house (with changing room, toilet, shower and basin). Fabulous jacuzzi (hot tub) for relaxing after a hard day at the beach! Sun loungers, and table and chairs for 8 for alfresco dining. Barbecue and further table and chairs on one of the two terraces. Roof terrace perfect for drinks watching the sunset. Ample car parking space.

Coast/Beach
There are many beaches just 25 minutes drive from the hosue. Fun beach for children is Pedras del Rei towards Tavira which has a toy train that takes you to the beach, cafes and shops. Nearest beach is Vale do Lobo.

Golf
There are 22 golf courses in the Algarve. These include: Val do Lobo, Villa Sol, Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago, San Lorenzo, Pinheiros Altos and Colina Verde. All are an easy drive from the property.

Travel
Faro airport is 25 minutes away. The house has good access to the motorway and the N125 (coastal road). This makes access to all tourist attractions, water parks and golf courses very easy. Car hire is essential. Cars can be picked up and returned at Faro airport.

Distances
Loule approx 8km, Sao Bras 5km. Both towns have a great selection of cafes and restaurants. They also have fish and fruit and vegetable markets as well as large modern supermarkets.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit of full rental price is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival by cheque or bank transfer. A £250 deposit to be paid in cash on arrival which will be refunded, or deductions made for any damages/breakages, within two weeks of end of holiday.
