The south-facing villa is situated in a quiet residential area of 15 villas, each of them offering entire privacy and is conceived in a way that the entire first floor is reserved for the guests.

Changeover day
Saturday is preferred. However, if possible, we will try to be flexible.
Notes on accommodation
The first choice breakfast either continental, English, or ‘Healthy’ - will be served either in your room, your private balcony or on the terrace in the garden downstairs where there are also sunloungers at your disposal. Both bedrooms are well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV, DVD (on demand), large wardrobes, comfortable armchairs inside and terrace furniture on the balcony. The bathroom with bath/shower is provided with hairdryer, bathing lotions and towels. (Please bring your own towels for the beach – we can give you a hand to wash them). Depending upon your arrival time we will be pleased to offer you either a welcome drink or a basket of fruit.
Outside
Large private south facing balcony with Ocean views and terrace furniture provided. Sunloungers available on terrace in the garden.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is in Armação de Pera itself (15 mins walk/5 mins by car). Either a very large sandy beach (Praia Grande) or smaller rocky beaches. Armação is a town of contrasts, the perfect match between tourism, nature and tradition: luxury resorts, beautiful beaches, the Salgados Nature Reserve as well as holidaying Portuguese families and fishermen with their boats on the beach giving it a very colourful touch.
Golf
Salgados golf course is only a few miles away. Set in beautiful natural area.
Travel
Casa Figueirinha is situated in an ideal location. Every highlight of the Central Algarve is within a few minutes drive. Faro airport is 30 mins drive.
Distances
All popular Algarvian attractions are at only a few mins drive such as Albufeira with its sparkling nightlife, several water-theme parks (the nearest, Aqualand) is only at a few miles as well as Zoomarine. Inland you reach within a short driving distance the beautiful Moorish town of Silves and the rustic authentic countryside.

In Armacao and within short driving distance there are a lot of restaurants that are offering such a wonderful price/quality that this is unique in Europe. We will be pleased to give you interesting tips.
