Casa Sandra is a very spacious 3 bedroomed detached villa with additional sleeping space for further guests, situated in the quiet village of Almádena, approximately 7kms west of Lagos and 2kms north of the popular beach resort Luz. The village of Almádena is approximately a 40 minute drive from the airport & has four restaurants, a small supermarket, several cafes/bars as well as a selection of other shops all within a few minutes walking distance. The property has been completely refurbished & furnished to a very high standard. The ground floor comprises a large lounge with air conditioning, separate dining room, a well equipped kitchen with 2 microwaves, hob, oven and dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a games room and a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, towel rail and vanity unit. The first floor consists of a communal bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, towel rail and vanity unit and 3 large double bedrooms all with air-conditioning.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for up to 4 people staying in the villa for 7 nights in UK Pounds and include 6% Portuguese VAT. For priced for parties of 5 or more; - please see website for full details (link below).
Included in price of your holiday for stays 1 April to 31 October is (i) VAT, (ii)maid service to prepare the villa & clean the villa after your stay; (iii) reasonable use of air con; and (iv) heating for swimming pool. Outside these dates, pool heating is payable, at cost, locally.
Changeover day
Changeover day is any day. Maids charge an extra £35 to work on a Sunday and therefore if you want to arrive or depart on a Sunday, we pass this extra cost on.

Notes on accommodation
Pool heating in summer months, reasonable use of air conditioning and SKY TV is included in the price of your holiday.
Outside
The property has a well established garden and a driveway. There is also ample space outside the villa for additional parking.
There is a private back garden with a 10m x 5m swimming pool which is maintained at a very comfortable 28°C during the summer months. Guests can pay for the pool to be heated outside of the summer months. There is a gated fence around the pool area to prevent small children (so long as adults lock the gate!) from entering the pool area. In addition to the pool, there is an outside shower, covered terrace with seating area and built in BBQ. Sun loungers are also provided.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away with many beaches within a 15 minute drive. Luz is about 7 minutes drive away.
Golf
Casa Sandra is ideally situated for the nearby beaches of Luz and Burgau, the golf courses at Boavista, Parque da Floresta & Penina and the historic town of Lagos with its many restaurants, bars and shops.
Travel
Nearest airport is Faro which is a 40-50 minute drive. A taxi can be booked to take you from the airport to the villa for about 80 Euros.

Please e-mail us with dates you are interested in and all we ask for is a small deposit to secure the dates for you. The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. We also take a breakage deposit which is refunded once your holiday is over.
