Situated in a small village on the outskirts of Carvoeiro and very close to tennis courts and golf courses, Boa Esperança (Good Hope) is a very well maintained three bedroom villa on two floors. A very spacious and tastefully furnished lounge and dining area have doors leading to the swimming pool. The swimming pool has an adjoining circular small pool which is ideal for the little ones to play in. A well equipped kitchen leads off the dining area. The main bedroom and bathroom is to the right of the entrance hall. The other two bedrooms which share a full bathroom and which enjoy fantastic views to the ocean are on the first floor. Both bedrooms have balconies looking over the pool area. There are air condition units in the master bedroom and one bedroom upstairs. Ample off street parking for two cars next to a small lawn in front of the villa. The local grocery shop and café is less than five minutes walk from the villa.
