The Apartments Naturmar are located in the bright and lively seaside village of Olhos de Água. Only 3 mins walk to the sandy beach, with close proximity to excellent seafood & cosmopolitan restaurants, some of which are right beside the beach. My apartments are spacious and well equipped with TV, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, blender and toaster. They are tastefully furnished and all have either a terrace or balcony with patio furniture. Albufeira with its famous Strip of bars and restaurants is just 3km away. Maid service is once a week.

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for children. The building has an elevator with access to all floors. There are no steps inside the apartments.
Check in is available from 16.00pm on the day of arrival only in order to prepare the apartment from departing guests.
Check out is by 10.00am on the day of departure.
as an extra service I also provide an English speaking contact person in resort, with a local telephone number. If I am not in the Algarve myself, then she is available to help with any questions or queries. I provide this information on your confirmation/ booking form.
cots and high chairs are available to hire and payable on delivery:
cot & high chair - €50.00 per week

Outside
All these apartments have a balcony or terrace with patio furniture. Shared swimming pool with 18 meters x 7 meters which catches the sun almost all day.
Coast/Beach
Within 3 minutes walk to the beach. Other nearby beaches: Balaia Beach, Maria Luísa etc approx 20 minutes walk.
Golf
1 km from the Sheraton (Pine Cliffs) golf course and 9 kms from the Vilamoura's golf courses: Pinhal - Millennium - Laguna - Old Course and Victoria. I can arrange reduced cost green fees on all local courses on request.
Special interest holidays
Evening entertainment is a short stroll away and Albufeira strip is only 2 miles away with lots of night clubs, bars, evening entertainment on the streets and many other attractions.
Travel
30 km from the international Faro's airport. Car hire is not essential but to discover other beautiful places along the coast or in the country side it could be recommended. I also provide car rental and transfers from and to the airport on request.
Distances
3km from the cosmopolitan and busy Albufeira, with lots of bars, discos and other evening entertainments.
Further details
Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, super-market, bank, chemist, post-office, only 3 minutes walking.
Booking notes
As soon as your booking is confirmed, I will send you a confirmation and account. A deposit of 40% of the rental price must be paid within 14 days of the confirmed booking’s date by paypal, cheque or bank transfer to my account, which will be given in your confirmation invoice. Cheques are acceptable but only if you book at least 4 weeks prior to your day of arrival. Balance to be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival to my account. PLEASE NOT THAT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED VIA PAYPAL.

There is one thing you could do for me, as we left very early on Saturday I did not have the deposit for the apartment safe returned to me. If possible could you give it to the girls who cleaned the apartment?

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Olhos de Agua originated as a small fishing village, although it has grown it has retained its character, the beaches are easily accessed and there are a good choice of bars and restaurants in easy reach of the apartments. Albufeira with its huge choice of shops, bars, restaurants is walkable in half an hour or there is a reasonable bus service to the centre.
Unique benefits of the property
150 meters away there is a super-market, bars, restaurants, banks, chemist, and 3 to 4 minutes walk will take you to the beach.
