Entrance to dining/sitting room with table, chairs, sofa bed, TV Cable (German, French, English & Portugeese channels), Hi-Fi CD and Tape player, DVD and Video Player. Hall to cupboard under stairs with washing machine. Door to bathroom with whower, basin WC & heated towel rail. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker and hopefully everything you could possible need. Stairs from sitting room to upstairs. Bedroom with King bed or 2 x twins, TV and Cable, French doors to terrace with table, chairs and views over village. Landing to upstairs WC and basin, heated towel rail. Heating thoughout.
Parking in cobbled square at side of property.

For both Lemon Tree House & Cactus House - Linen and bath towels included. Property cleaned before arrival. For cleaning & linen changes during stay please request at time of booking so this can be arranged.
Outside
Lemon tree has a private courtyard garden with lemon tree and herbs. BBQ, assorted tables and chairs, loungers, water feature, stairs to roof terrace, arched door to street, French doors to kitchen. Cactus house has a private terrace from the bedroom with views over the village, table and 4 chairs.
Coast/Beach
Wonderful white sandy beach takes 5 mins to drive to. Another secluded beautiful sandy Beach takes 3 mins by car and then a 10 min walk down a little path through olive groves.
Golf
1.5km to the Parque da Floresta Golf and Leisure resort where there is golf, tennis, archery, bowls, a swimming pool and health spa snack bar and restaurant. A discount of 30% is offered to renters for Golf at Parque da Floresta on presentation of a card which must be requested at time of booking.

Faro airport 1hr 15 mins. Budens 1.5km. Vila do Bispo 5km.
