This is a very exclusive house, with spacious cosy rooms with high ceilings and brand new air-conditioning units in all rooms.
Accessibility
We can provide wheelchair if necessary. Ground floor, garden and pool area wheelchair friendly. Transfers from the airport provided.

Casa Joinal is centrally located for many golf courses. Salgados golf is a 5 mins drive.

40km from Faro airport.
Distances
Albufeira old town is 4 yards away. Yacht marine withing close by. There are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and pharmacy within close proximity. Algarve Shopping Center is a 10 mins drive which hosts a large supermarket, shops, cinema, bowling alley and a food hall.

Booking notes
30% of payment will confirm your booking. The balance to be paid 60 days before arrival. On arrival a security deposit of £300, cash or visa, is payable. This amount will be returned on departure pending satisfactory inspection of property and furniture. 5% discount on rental of weeks in excess of one. Transfers from and to the airport just on arrival date and departure date are included in the prices quoted.

About the owner
I am originally from the North of Portugal, descendant of the Barbosa family which is linked to the Portuguese nationality of D. Sancho Nunes Barbosa, son-in-law of the first king of Portugal. I have been in the Algarve for 25 years, after graduating as a Doctor (MD). These three houses in the Algarve that are advertised in this site, have been in my possession since 1999, when I acquired them from an English family. The other house in the North (p2415) been in my family for centuries. Under my supervision, the three villas have been subject to a continuous restoration and functional modernisation process, in order to offer my guests the comfort they deserve and expect. I also own a Medical Clinic-Clioura-In Albufeira and I am the founding partner of the private Hospital also in Albudeira
