This spacious apartment has one double bedroom and one twin room, each with en-suite bathrooms and built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have patio doors accessing balcony and pool. The living area is quite large with a sofa bed, armchair, dining table and chairs, colour TV with UK channels via satellite, DVD/CD player and a dining table with 6 chairs. There are patio doors to the balcony which overlooks the pool and has a private staircase for direct access. The kitchen has modern fittings with further patio doors to the balcony, and has a breakfast table and 4 chairs. It benefits from an electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron/ironing board. The balcony overlooks the pool has a table and chairs. There is underground parking with a designated parking space for the T2 apartment.

The bedroom has twin beds with built in wardrobes. The main living area comprises a sofa bed, armchair, colour TV with English channels via satellite, DVD/CD player and dining table with 4 chairs. The apartment has patio doors which open directly onto the swimming pool area. The kitchen area is adjacent to the main living area and includes an electric hob, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. The stylish modern bathroom includes bath/shower and WC.

Apart Baleia Deluxe Studio (Sleeps 2/3)

The studio apartment is spacious and comfortable, with twin beds, a sofa bed, an armchair, dining table and kitchen area. It has patio doors that open directly onto the pool area. The kitchen has an electric hob, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a cosy shower and WC.

Notes on accommodation
The apartments are suitable for families with children of all ages and adult groups. They are convenient for large groups who wish to holiday together as the apartments are adjacent in the same block.

Outside
The communal pool is fairly large with each apartment having dedicated sun loungers. There is a shallow section of the pool for children. The T2 apartment has a large balcony overlooking the pool with table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
The Lagos area has many beautiful beaches with the spectacular beach of Dona Ana just 5 mins walk away (see picture). The 6 mile long Meia Praia beach, Praia da Luz and Burgau are all close by. There are superb beach bars/restaurants at most beaches. Julie's Beach Bar at Meia Praia and the Burgau beach bar are our favourites (worth booking in advance).

Golf
The apartments are ideally situated for golf enthusiasts and are just a few minutes drive from Palmares and Quinta do Boavista golf courses. The Parque de Floresta course is approx 15 mins drive.

Travel
The apartments are in Lagos, one of the most desirable and historic towns in the Algrave. Lagos is approx. 50 to 60 mins drive from Faro airport along a new and uncongested motorway. We'll provide full directions/maps. Car transfer/ car hire can be arranged if you require.

Distances
There are several restaurants and a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Lagos town centre is 10 minutes walk with the marina approx 5 mins further. The town is bristling with superb restaurants and shops with a large pedestrianised area. There are several cash points. Priau de Luz is 10 minutes drive, and Burgua a few mins further.

Further details
There's plenty of local entertainment for the kids with ‘Slide and Splash’ activity park approx 30 mins drive, and Lagos Zoo 15 mins.
