This luxurious newly built house is set on the hillside in the Vale Judeu area and is surrounded by terraces on three sides, with a magnificent infinity pool at the centre. The beautifully furnished house has two levels with 7 bedrooms, numerous bathrooms, (2 en-suite) and a large playroom. The gardens are well established with lemon and lime trees and are floodlit at night. There is a covered terraced area for dining (seats up to 20)and a newly built Astro Turf tennis court with practice wall and barbeque area by the pool. There are two separate entrances with electric gates on each to provide added security.

There is a supplement of £350 per week for pool heating, and £500 deposit for any damage (required at time of booking).

Ideally changeover day is Saturday, with departure by 10.00am and arrival after 4.00pm

Maid service 6 days a week, all towels and linen are included. Clean linen/towels twice a week. Facilities for a chef/cook/babysitter can be arranged with ample prior notice. Gardener and pool maintenance man. |
Notes on accommodation
The house is extemely spacious and light and is very suitable for families, with children of any age. There is under floor heating for colder times. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom, and fans in the remaining 6 bedrooms and living areas. There is a surcharge for use of the telephone.

Outside
The beautiful gardens are well manicured with lemon and lime trees which are flootlit at night. The large infinity swimming pool is for private use for guests and can be heated at a small weekly charge. There is a BBQ area close to the pool. High quality sunloungers surround the pool, from where there are stunning southerly views.
Coast/Beach
Located only ten minutes away by car, are the wonderful and well known beaches of the Algarve and a fine selection of good beach restaurants.
Golf
Within the immediate area are four world-renowned golf courses - Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo, Vila Sol and Quinta do Lago. There are also numerous golf shops.
Travel
Faro Airport is 18 kms away (30 minutes)
Lisbon Airport is 230 kms (2hrs 30 minutes)
Car hire is essential.
Distances
Vale do Lobo, with it's well known tennis centre and golf course is 10 kms away. Almancil - a town with good shopping facilities is only 6 kms away.
Quinta do Lago, with the famous Four Seasons Hotel is 12 kms and Loule, a medieval market town is only 6kms away.

Please telephone or email to reserve your dates. Once confirmed we will send a booking form. Once completed, please return with £1000 non-refundable deposit. If less than 10 weeks before departure date, please send whole amount together with £500 deposit for telephone/damage.
