Changeover day
With the low-cost flights available nowadays, we do not have a set changeover day and rather than weekly holidays it's just as easy to choose a specific number of days. We can normally cater for this requirement (4 days is the minimum stay).

The apartment has full air-conditioning installed, which has a reverse cycle for heat (although rarely required!) but providing an ideal environment all year round.

Outside
The Balcony area contains a small patio table and 4 chairs - ideal for al fresco dining! Sunbeds are provided for use in the large shared garden with swimming pool. Designated underground parking space with room for storing pushchairs, golf clubs etc. Please note the apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via a small staircase.
Coast/Beach
The Algarve is famous for its beautiful beaches. The Gale area has a number of beaches to choose from within a 10 minute walk including; Gale, Castello, Lorenco's. Gale beach is well equipped and there are 3 restaurants right on the beach to choose from. Sunloungers and umbrellas can be hired.
Golf
Salgados Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive away - complete with a number of water hazards! There are plenty of other golf courses along the Algarve coastline including the beautiful Vilamoura and Vale de Lobo golf courses.
Travel
The apartment is just 30 minutes from Faro Airport. We are happy to arrange car hire, or collection/return from the airport. A welcome pack can also be arranged on request for a small charge.
Distances
Albufeira is the nearest main town which is 10 minutes by car. There is a beautiful and cosmopolitan new Marina at Albufeira which is only 5 minutes by car - this has a good choice of bars and restaurants. Zoomarine, Aqualand and Algarve Shopping are all within a 10 minute drive. Guia which has 30+ restaurants and is famous for its 'chicken piri-piri' is only 10 minutes by car. Vilamoura and Carviero are both within a 20 minute drive.
Further details
The apartment is ideally situated with several excellent restaurants within walking distance. A supermarket is only 3 minute walk and this will provide for your every day essentials. It also has a cash machine and telephone. There is also a patisserie, laundrette and hairdressers within a 3 minute walk. Algarve shopping has over 100+ shops and also ten-pin bowling and a large cinema complex which has films in English.
Booking notes
We require a 30% deposit (non refundable). Balance will be due 6 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 for breakages will also be required 6 weeks before departure. This will be returned once the apartment has been inspected and cleaning has taken place.
