Golfemar is a 1st class development alongside Vale de Milho Golf Course. Our villa is ideal for a family, allowing privacy when required. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, furnished to a high standard and boasts fabulous views of the Atlantic ocean from the lounge and bedroom. Fully fitted kitchens including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob.

Changeover day
Usually Thursday or Saturday depending on our bookings,but also flexible where at all possible check in time is 2pm and check out 11am.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms consisting of 1 double bed and 2 single beds, built-in double and treble wardrobes.
Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
Cot also available.
Bathrooms: 2 en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower combined, and a separate walk-in shower.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, toaster, kettle etc.
Utility Room: Drying area outside, hose.
Living Rooms: Three seater sofa and armchair, dining table and chairs, log burning fire, TV, satellite and video. Patio doors leading to terrace with BBQ, table and chairs and looking at tropical gardens and the ocean.
Other: The villa has a large roof terrace which houses several high quality sun loungers, the terrace has stunning views of the ocean and looks directly at the lighthouse. The roof terrace has all day sun with the lounge terrace being partially shaded.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The cleaners will supply all linen and towels and they will be changed on a regular basis.

 

Notes on accommodation
The villa is furnished to a high specification including electric roller shutters for those bright sunny mornings. Sky TV. Dimmer controlled lights in all rooms. Double glazed throughout. Safe and a log burning fire for winter nights.

Outside
A spacious roof terrace with magnificent 180 degree views of the ocean. There is a BBQ and sunbeds. Patio doors lead to spacious sun terraces that look onto beautifully manicured lawns and tropical gardens with the ocean clearly visible in the background. There are 2 communal pools, 1 for toddlers with showers and sunbathing areas with tropical gardens and magnificent views.

Coast/Beach
There are some stunning beaches close by with the closest being about 1km. Praia de Marinha, Benagil and Albandera all with good beach resturants are a must, around these areas there are some real good, sensibly priced restuarants serving excellent local fayre, fish is recommended but the meat is equally as good. Tel Nos for many of the local restaurants are in the villa, along with much more local information.

Golf
Vale de Milho is adjacent to the villa and Alto club, Salgados, Pinta, Gramacho and Pennina are all within a 15 mins drive, bookings for golf can be arranged also golf lessons with the pro at Vale de Milho is an option to better your game, there are also 2 tennis clubs close by one within walking distance.

Travel
Faro airport is approx 40 mins easy drive along the coastal motorway (toll free). If you would need picking up or going back to the airport this can be arranged. We can also recommend car hire should you require. Car hire is recommended but not essential,taxis are reasonable and plentiful.

Distances
It is a 2 minute walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. Rocha Brava tennis centre is only 250 metres away.
Slide and Splash and the Big One another water park are 3/4 kms away. Zoo Marine, swim with the dolphins amusment park, 20 mins.

Further details
Carvoeiro has an abundance of bars, restuarants and shops that sell everything that you could possibly need, there are banks, cash withdrawal machines, 2 large waterparks within 10 mins drive of Carvoeiro and Zoomarine is great fun for the whole family within 20 mins drive. Algarve shopping is also a 20 mins drive with many of the High Street shops at Portugese prices approx a third cheaper.

Booking notes
A holding deposit of £100 is required to reserve your booking. This is fully refundable up to 12 weeks prior to your holiday. A security deposit of £100 is required pre-paid for any breakages or damage which shall be fully refunded on your return from holiday, a cheque will be sent to your home address. The balance and full payment is required no more than 8 weeks prior to your departure date.
Absolute bargain £400 per week during June.
