The villa, completed in 2004, has a modern style interior with a more traditional exterior. Outside is a large deck level swimming pool with a slide, landscaped gardens and a practice gold hole. Inside, on the main level are living room, kitchen and three bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin) each with an ensuite bathroom. The garden (lower) level (particularly suitable for noisy teenagers) has a bedroom (twin), shower room and further living/games room with table tennis, satellite TV, DVD, internet connection and sound system. This living room can be used as a further sleeping area.

Notes on prices
In order to facilitate weekend breaks from 15 September until the end of October the main part of the villa (3 bedrooms, 3 bthrooms - sleeps 6) is available for rental at £150 per day with minimum of 3 days. A letting for one week costs £750.
Changeover day
From 1st June to mid September the changeover day is Saturday. At other times by negotiation.

Coast/Beach
An extensive sandy beach 4 kilometres long is 500 metres from the villa. The villa overlooks the Alvor estuary which is a well known staging post for migratory birds.
Golf
Palmares Golf is 2 km (5 mins drive); Penina - with 3 courses, one championship - is 10kms (12 mins drive); and there are 6 further courses with 40 mins drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Faro - 80kms - 50 miles; Just under 1 hours drive by car.
A car is essential.
Distances
The nearest village is 3 kms; the nearest town is 8 kms - 12 minutes drive.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the rental is payable on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. The security deposit is £400.
