This spacious apartment south facing T2 (sleeps 6) apartment is situated on the beautiful complex of ‘Clube Albufeira’ close to the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman’s Beach. The apartment has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and includes 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). A fully fitted an equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, plus all kitchen utensils and linen. Large spacious lounge/diner with traditional Portuguese wood burner, dining table that seats 6 people, Satellite TV and a Sofa Bed. Patio doors lead straight out from the lounge onto a small south facing garden with patio furniture & pleasant views over the surrounding countryside. Close to the 2 large swimming pools, pool bar and fabulous restaurant, which offers snacks and a full ‘a la Carte’ menu including Sunday lunch and weekly BBQ which is open all year round.

Notes on accommodation
Long term rentals and daily rates available on request. Change over days are flexible and availability is all year. 20% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. £100 deposit cheque against any damages payable 8 weeks before holiday and refunded within 14 days after holiday if all is well in apartment. Prices inclusive of all utilities and club facilities. transfers available at extra cost. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on day of departure. Unlimited Air Conditioning / Heating is included in the price.
Cot, high chair and foldaway bed available to hire @ 25 Eur per week each.

Large open sun terrace with barbecue and patio furniture. The complex has 2 large pool areas, the nearest one to the apartment is a large feature pool area with jacuzzi, children's area, plenty of sunbeds and spacious landscaped gardens.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach: 2 kilometres, Free shuttle bus runs regularly for guests from reception to Albufeira old town/beach.
Golf
Special Green Fees for Club Albufeira guests are available for the following Golf Courses:
Vilamoura 1, 2 and 3, Millenium, Salgados, Vila Sol, Pinta, Gramacho. Only players wearing soft spikes and proper attire (no t-shirts) will be allowed to play. Payment in cash required.
Travel
Nearest international airport: Faro (FAO) at 40 kilometres.
Nearest railway station: Ferreiras at 6 kilometres.
Nearest motorway junction: IP1 (A22) at 3 kilometres.
Car: not necessary.
Further details
At the heart of the resort is 'O Pavillhao' an excellent poolside restaurant and bar serving everything from snacks and ice cream to international cuisine and traditional English Sunday Roast. Pool table and football table. Weekly BBQ and live entertainment in the high season. The resorts other large pool area with two Jacuzzis also has a snack bar.
Reception can arrange taxis and day trips to local attractions such as Slide and Splash, Zoo marine, boat trips, golf tee times, etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Albufeira´s Camping facilities opposite the resort (access via footbridge) are available to Clube Albufeira guests at no extra charge and include supermarket, restaurant, disco, large pool area, children’s sandy play area, craft shop, newspaper kiosk, tennis and football courts. Long term rentals and daily rates available on request.
