Fully furnished villa with well equipped kitchen. One of the best constructed houses on the Algarve with marble floors throughout including the very large L-shaped terrace. Our efficient maid does all house cleaning 5 days a week (except public hols) price includes all linen and towels. There are many golf courses on the Algarve & the beautiful 'Vale de Pinta' course is only 5 mins drive away. Sleeps 4 people on ground floor and 4 people on lower ground floor. Situated in a lovely peaceful location overlooking a small valley of fig, almond and carob trees. Only a few minutes drive from Carvoeiro or Lagoa. Pool area has permanent BBQ and large patio are for sunbathing etc. Utility room with washer for maid's use only. Mini market only 400m away.

Outside
Large private pool approx 4.5m x 10m. Large patio area with sunbeds and furniture including sun umbrellas. Built in barbeque. Elevated pool position ensures good pool temperatures due to sun on side wall for most of the day.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Carvoeiro and Caneiro are within 5 mins drive. 1 large water activity park is only 10 mins drive. Zoomarine waterworld is 20 mins away. The picturesque village of Ferragudo is a 5 min drive and the larger town of Portimao 15 mins.
Golf
The golf courses of Vale de Pinta and Grammacho are less than 5 minutes drive (voted in Europe's top 100). Within 15 minutes drive is Penina, Boavista, Alto & the new championship course at Morgado. Within 30 minutes drive you have over 20 of Europe's finest courses.
Also - John Lloyd tennis club is only 1 km away.
Travel
Faro airport is 40 minutes drive. A car is recommended for golf and beaches but restaurants, bars and supermarket are within a few minutes walking distance. If taxis are required then any of the local bars will order them.
Distances
Carvoeiro is a 5 minutes drive away. The picturesque village of Ferragudo is a 5 minute drive and the larger town of Portimao 15 minutes. 2 excellent restaurants in Sesmarias only 10 mins walk away.
Further details
There is a local market in Lagoa at the beginning of most months and also a car boot sale on a Sunday morning in Ferragudo. Details of these are found in the local free paper picked up at Intermarche (larger supermarket about 5 minutes drive).
Booking notes
Make a provisional booking over the telephone. We will give you an option for a period of two days to enable you to confirm flights. If you confirm flights within two days, we will renew the option for a further two days to enable you to send your confirmation and deposit by first class post.
A deposit of 50% should accompany confirmation and the balance is due not later than six weeks before the date of your holiday.
