The property enjoys extensive and safe gardens and use of the superb communal pool. This property is in an excellent position with uninterrupted views of the mountains, sea and surrounding areas from the lounge, kitchen and from the large and exceptional terrace, which surrounds two sides of the property. The property comprises hall, lounge with dining area and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The property has 3 bedrooms with one having 3 single beds and two having double beds. The bedrooms are all relaxing and tastefully furnished. The property also has satellite TV with Freeview English channels, DVD player, CD/radio hifi, together with books, box games and DVD's.

We operate a very flexible booking policy this ensures that people can take advantage of cheaper flights.

Notes on accommodation
The lounge has an open log fireplace which makes the property suitable for winter lets. We also have air conditioning and warm air heating. The property and area is a safe and private environment for children. We are also able to provide additional cots, high chairs and baby gates upon request. There is no additional charge for these items although they must be left in the condition given or cleaning charges will apply. We can also provide car seats, sterilising units, and many other baby related items please ask for details.

Outside
Extensive L-shaped private terrace with superb mountain and sea views. Terrace has tables seating 6/8 people, parasol, sun loungers and built in Portuguese style brick built BBQ. Not forgetting the exceptional and large communal pool.
Coast/Beach
Superb sandy, wide, safe and clean blue flag acredited beaches are a speciality of this part of the Algarve, they. Easy access by ferry or fishermans boat at Tavira or Cabanas, or by walking in Manta Rota, Praia Verde, Altura, Monte Gordo, Santa Luzia and Villa Real St. Antonio.
Golf
Within 8km of the property can be found 4 splendid golf courses. Benamor Golf (18 holes), Quinta da Ria and Quinta do Cima (both 18 holes) and Colina Verde (9 holes). Castro Marim is also within 20 mins drive and is a superb course.
Travel
Tavira is situated 35km east of Faro airport. We can arrange pickup by taxi or their is an excellent train or bus connection. Alternatively you can hire a car from a number of rental companies located at Faro airport which would give you greater freedom to explore. Car hire is recommended but not necessary for our location. A visit to the Spanish border by car is only approx 25 mins by car and Seville can be reached in a little over an hour.
Distances
Historic Tavira is within walking distance of the property. Tavira is often called the prettiest town on the Algarve. You are 15km to charming fishermens towns of Olhao and Fuzeta, the nature reserve Ria Formosa is within 8km and unspoilt villages such as Santa Luzia, Cabanas and Cacela Velha are all within a few kms. The Spanish border is within 30 mins by car and Seville is not much more than an hour by car.
Further details
Tavira has an excellent array of shops, bars and restaurants. A marvellous fresh daily market for vegatables, fruit and fish. There are also regional and flea markets. You can explore Tavira by miniature train or by horse drawn carriage. Guided tours are available in this historic town which has in excess of 35 churches, museums and fortified remains.

Payments 25% with booking and balance 8 weeks before arrival. To secure your booking 25% of your rental amount is required within 7 days of booking.This amount is non-refundable. Refundable security deposit £250 to be paid 8 wks before travel and refunded upon receipt of returned keys. Welcome packs, cots, high chairs can be provided on request. We have a local contact on hand to ensure that your stay is a fantastic one! Additional linen and cleaning available at local charge.
