Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds and include linen changes and services. A 10% discount will be given for a two consecutive week booking. Terms can be arranged for long winter lets, please contact the owner.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on the top floor of this 3 storey building with balconies on both sides. The main balcony off of the living room has views over an orange grove with views in the distance of Vilamoura and the sea. Both of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Heaters/fans are provided for the living rooms.

Outside
Well maintained private gardens with large pool with children’s section, outside showers and toilets. Separate children’s play area.
Coast/Beach
Again spoilt for choice! The nearest being Falesia which is just a short drive (5min) with café and beach loungers. A very long sandy beach with amazing red cliffs. This is just one of many all within easy reach.
Golf
Spoilt for choice! Vilamoura with its famous courses – Millenium, Laguna and Columbia just 5 minutes drive.
Travel
Faro Airport is an easy journey just 25 minutes drive along the N125. Car hire available with pick-up from the Airport.
Distances
Ideally situated being a short distance between Vilamoura and Albufeira with its vast array of restaurants, beaches, golf courses as already mentioned, night-life. Access to Portugals’ only motorway is a 10 minute drive which opens up access to the rest of the Algarve enabling you to explore the whole length of the coastline with just a forty minute drive.
Further details
Local restaurants and shops are within walking distance or a very short drive. A wonderful fish restaurant is just a five minute walk away. There is a variety of water-parks and marinas/zoos for the children. Watersports on the beaches, horse-riding and the most wonderful walking country all within easy reach. For the shopaholic – Shopping Algarve is a 20 minute drive and there are numerous out-door markets in all the local towns.
Booking notes
Booking can be made by telephone or e-mail. A £100/per week deposit (non-refundable) is requested with the balance being paid 6 weeks before departure. £25 returnable key deposit. A 10% reduction is offered when booking 2 consecutive weeks.
