Eco-Friendly House, built of natural stone/wood only. Well sized, well equipped kitchen with dining for 6 people. Large patio doors leading to outdoor veranda and gardens with furniture for dining and sunbathing for 6 people. Cot and Highchair provided free. HDMI Flatscreen TV with Sky channels(Bring your own HDMI cable for your PS2/3 connection). Securely fenced pool 10m x 5m surrounded by large sun terrace. House is all on one level, suitable for the elderly. Quinta is located in traditional Portuguese hamlet with local customs of wine making and summer harvest Festivals. Organic Farmers market is every Wednesday and Sunday 10 minutes from the house. There are number of historical towns and sites to explore within short drive. Travel
Fly to Lisbon or Porto. Hire a car from the airport. Easy motorway drive (straight from the airport) to house approx. 1½ hour drive or use the frequent Intercity train (station only 5 mins taxi drive from airport) to Coimbra City, then taxi to the house (20 minutes drive at 25 euros cost). We will send you detailed directions to house with confirmed booking.
