Villa is set in one hectare of fruit trees and with garden area. Pool is 9x5x1.30m deep and is ideal for children and ball games. There is a large wooden deck area surrounded by fruit trees. Superb open views. BBQ. Garden furniture including sun loungers, table, chairs all in wood with large umbrella. Sand pit. Football games table. Badminton. Table tennis (on order).

Foz do Arelho 20 mins drive. Caldas da Rainha 15 mins. Obidos 5 mins. Peniche, Sao Martinho, Nazare 30 mins.
