Completed to an exceptional standard and being tastefully furnished, this apartment offers a relaxing location for any family holiday or the enthusiastic golfer. Large swimming pool (approx 25 x 12 metres), with the addition of a smaller shallow children’s pool (approx 8 metres in diameter) set in immaculate gardens. Set within Villamoura, which have everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Vilamoura offers, a world class marina, 5 outstanding golf courses, Blue flag beaches, 2 Water Parks, dolphin/whale watching, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, water skiing, diving, paragliding, Jet-skiing, power boat hire, coastal/deep sea fishing, boat trips, tennis, horse riding, bowling, bird watching, jogging/cycling along the many cycle routes and a local environmental park.

Prices shown are per week, for the whole apartment not per person, in UK Pounds. Part weeks/weekends also available (Please Call). Minimum stay in High & Peak season is 7 nights. 5% discount for late availability bookings (made within 2 weeks of departure). Discount offered when you book 2 weeks or more.
Discounts for long winter lets available by negotiation (Please Call). If your booking crosses tariff periods total cost is calculated fairly per tariff.

Flexible depending on availability. Normal check-in time 4.00pm or later, check-out by 10.00am (times fully flexible by arrangement with owner).

Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Both rooms with built- in double wardrobe, air/con and heating, doors lead onto large balcony (bed 1 with double sliding doors with electric shutters).
Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 fully tiled with local tiles, jacuzzi bath/shower, WC, bidet and solid marble surfaces.
Second bathroom fully tiled with local tiles with bath/shower, WC, bidet and solid marble surface.
Both bathrooms are very modern.
Kitchen: Fully fitted Italian designed kitchen offering all modern facilities, including solid granite work tops, Bosch appliances: dishwasher, washing machine electric oven/grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker. Well stocked crockery.
Living Rooms: South facing spacious open plan Lounge/Dining room with comfortable sofas (large double sofa bed suitable for 2 adults). Air/con and heater, wood burning fireplace, dining table and 6 chairs. Flat screen TV with cable, central surround sound system.
Other: Entrance Hall: Light and spacious, video entry-phone (security telephone/TV screen to remotely answer/unlock main door).
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen and towels are provided, beach towels also available. The apartment is cleaned and changed by maid service.
Extra services eg. shopping - welcome pack /extra cleaning can be arranged by negotiation. Highchair and cot available at extra cost.

 

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning to lounge and bedrooms 1 and 2. We provide a personal meet and greet service at the start of the holiday with our English agent. We can also arrange for you to be collected from the airport with our agent for 26 Euros each way.

Outside
Large enclosed and covered terrace area (appox 37 square metres) including table and 6 chairs for outside dining and living. Large main pool (approx 25 x 12 metres), kids pool (approx 8 metres in diametre, sun loungers, pool area shower. Attractively landscaped gardens and flowerbeds – all fully fenced and enclosed to provide a private and secure area for you and your children - access to the apartment is by entry phone. Private and secure parking space in the basement (electric garage door). Sunloungers and umbrellas are provided around the pool area, and we have four of our own sunloungers for use on our terrace and area immediatly in front of our apartment which leads onto a large grassed ares.

Coast/Beach
There are numerous great beaches in the Algarve. The nearest to our apartment is Falesia Beach and is only a 5 minute drive away. It is an award winning Blue Flag rated beach, europes highest safety standard of safety/cleanliness & features gentle slopes into the sea, ideal for children.
Vilamoura Marina with numerous bars and restaurants is a great place to have lunch or dinner and watch the world go by.

Golf
The Algarve was awarded the top destination for golf enthusiasts for 2006.
The apartment is located close to 6 national/international Golf courses & a Golf Academy within 5 mins drive.

Vilamoura is very flat & therefore suited to cycling. There are many cycle routes around the area including the colourful promenade plus leafy/green routes within the Environmental Park.

20 mins from Faro Airport. Flights (appox 2 hrs from UK). Meet and greet private transfer (24hrs/7days) can be arranged.

Distances
Vilamoura Marina and town 2.5km. Cathedral town of Faro 20km. Albufeira 12km. Spanish Border 45 mins. The inland town of Loule is renowned for its traditional handicrafts and splendid market. It is 7km from our apartment. There is a small supermarket within 10mins walk, which can supply all needs incl fresh bread etc. Within the same location there is a restaurant with an upper sun terrace. There is also a lunch time restaurant at the Millenium driving range. approx 10 mins walk.

Vilamoura is a stylish and upmarket (English speaking) area, bustling with attractions and activities more than enough to provide for a top quality golfing, family or activity holiday.
