Tastefully furnished with patio doors from lounge and bedroom opening onto traditional covered patio for outdoor dining - shared saltwater swimming pool (10m x 5m) with sundeck, sunloungers, umbrellas, pool towels summer house and barbecue area are all provided. Whilst separate and private they are ideal for couples who like holidaying together but enjoy their privacy. A small supermarket is nearby and ideal for daily fresh bread, vegetables and wine.

Linen is changed weekly and fresh towels are provided midweek. A laundry area, housing 2 washing machines is available for personal use. Heating available in winter months.

Shared salt water swimming pool, sundeck, barbecue area, sunloungers, umbrellas and pool towels are provided.
Large summer house with lounge suite and dartboard overlooks the pool.

It is 10 minutes by car to the nearest beach.

Excellent golf courses within a 20 - 30 minute drive.
Travel
Faro airport is 15 minutes drive.
We arrange collection at airport.
We are happy to assist with all your holiday requirements including car hire. Car hire is essential and there is ample car parking space available on property.

Within a 10 minute drive of the local beach. The market towns of Loule and Faro are a similar distance. A shopping mall is nearby, with an extensive foodcourt, restaurants and 9 cinemas as well as designer retail outlets. Other amenities within a 15 minute drive are golf, go-karting, waterslide parks, nightlife, restaurants, bars and the Ria Formosa Nature Park.
Booking notes
A 30% non-refundable deposit on booking will be required, balance payable 6 weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday. Cancellation: The booking deposit cannot be refunded. The balance will be refunded if cancellation made 4 weeks before arrival. Note: Owners reside on property.
