There are front and rear private gardens and patio with barbecue, sunloungers, table and chairs. There is also a carport to the rear.

Notes on accommodation
Oasis Parque is a new tourist development of 2/3 bedroom apartments and 3/4 bedroom villas located just a short drive from the harbour town of Portimao and the quaint fishing village of Alvor. Jones group - builders of quality homes in Northwest and Southeast England are the developers. They have also built or are building the Lakeside Village - Quinta do Lago; Boavista Golf Resort in Lagos; the beach side holiday hotel, Jadim do Vau at Praia do Vau; and Salema holiday apartments on the way to Sagres. At Oasis Parque they have created a country club atmosphere with beautiful apartments and villas delightfully laid out, landscaped and enhanced by the recent completion of the Leisure Club with outdoor and indoor pools, tennis courts and children's playground, restaurant cafe and coffee Bar. Usage is free to residents with entry been controlled by the ever helpful staff.
Outside
A short walk away is the newly completed state-of-art leisure centre with large outdoor pool with sun terrace, children's pool and toddler's pool. There is also a large 22-meter heated indoor pool, with showers, changing rooms and jacuzzi. The restaurant coffee bar is located beside the indoor pool with alfresco tables between there and the children's pools. There are also two tennis courts and a children's playground. Ideally the accommodation suits five to seven people (Two double beds, Three single beds) and an eighth person using a fold-up bed. A travel cot and high chair are also provided if needed. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Praia do Rocha, Praia do Vau, Tres Castelos, Alemao, Joao de Arens, Prainha, Tres Irmaos and Alvor are all within 3-5km away, while visitors to Portimao and Alvor can enjoy strolling through the cobbled streets and squares, checking out the varied shops and street cafes or sauntering along the river promenades as they wish.
Golf
There is also a new and excellent bus service; connecting Oasis Parque with Portimao, Praia do Rocha and Praia do Vau. Taxis can also be hired for 5 Euro or less. Golfing enthusiasts have an excellent choice of courses. The nearest is the Sir Henry Cotton designed Pennina. Also nearby is Alto Golf, between Praia do Vau and Alvor. The new Quinta Morgado course is located off the Portimao - Monchique Road just north of the A22 Motorway. A little further away are Gramacho and Pinta near Lagoa, Palmares and Boavista near Lagos. As Boavista is a sister development, residents here can avail of discounted green fees.
Special interest holidays
Boating, sailing, windsurfing and canoeing can be organised form Portimao and Alvor while the marshes and salt pans of the Ria do Alvor are a major attraction to birdwatchers and the Monchique Mountains delight sightseers, hill walkers and cyclists. For those interested in history, a visit to the old Moorish capital of Silves or the school of Navigation of Prince Henry at Sagres is a must. Also of interest are the ruins of the Roman villa at Abicada near Pennina golf course and northwards from Pennina are the megalithic monuments (3000BC). On the way you pass the Adega (a vineyard) de Margado de Torre where you can visit, tour, participate in wine tasting and purchase farm products. Slide and Splash and Aqualand waterparks as well as Zoomarine Marine Park are but a short drive away, all within 15 minutes.
