Cancellation charges:
Upto 8 weeks - 50% of deposit.
4 - 8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded.
2 - 4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded.
Less than two weeks - No refund.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer.
Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day. Arrival times are 2pm and Departures are by 10am.

Accessibility
This is a new property with easy access from the front gate to the poolside area we beleive it to be wheel chair accessible to the ground floor where there are 3 double bedrooms available.
Outside
This luxury 4 bed villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with private heated 10 x 5m swimming pool, it has a barbecue and patio areas to front and rear. Sun loungers, umbrellas, table and chairs to patio areas and upper balcony are all included.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Fuseta are less than 5km away with the wonderful island beaches at Tavira accessible in less than 20 mins by car. The central Algarve beaches are easily reached using the motorway system in less than 30 mins.
Golf
Golf plays a massive part on the Algarve and you will be spoilt for choice with the many courses accessible within 35mins including the world-renowned Quinta da Cima, the local course of La Colina (10 mins), and the courses of Benamor and Castro Marim. The Central Algarve courses of Quinta da Lago and Vale Da Lobo are within 30 mins to the West.
Travel
Vista Elite is set in the heart of the Eastern Algarve countryside approximately 20 mins from Faro Airport. Due to the location, car hire is essential.
Seville Airport can be easily accessed in around 90 mins using the high speed Motorway system of both Portugal and Spain. The main tourist attractions of the Central Algarve including Albufeira, Villamoura, Quinta da Lago etc are around 35mins by car.
Distances
The nearest village of Moncarrapacho is approximately 2.5kms and hosts many local shops and restaurants including a bank, post office and petrol station. The Villa is within easy distance of Tavira, 15mins by car (regarded as the loveliest town on the Algarve). Estoi is 3km (with its Rococco Palace and Roman ruins) and Olhao 4km with its quaint fishing port, busy markets and local shopping.
Further details
The city of Faro is easily reached and is the host to some wonderful shopping whether it be the small intimate streets with there quaint shops hidden from the mid day sun or the major shopping mall known as Jumbo with its several levels of modern shopping Faro has it all.
The central Algarve and its tourist resorts of Vilamoura, Albufeira etc are accessible within 35 mins, this is where you will find such attractions as Water Parks, Nightclubs, British Style Bars and modern designer shopping malls.
Booking notes
30% payable as deposit to confirm booking, balance to be paid within 8 weeks of departure, for bookings made within 8 weeks of departure these must be paid in full. All visitors are asked to send an additional sum of £200 with final payment which is refundable within 14 days subject to the local management advising keys have been returned and there are no losses / breakages.
