Notes on accommodation
There is air conditioning available throughout the property which is included in the rental price and heated towel rails in each of the bathrooms.
Accessibility
The property has good access for people with mobility problems.
Outside
There is a 10 x 5m swimming pool which can be heated at an extra cost of £400 per week. There are extensive tiled sunbathing terraces with sun loungers, a round dining table with 6 dining chairs beside the barbecue area and a 3 seater garden settee with 2 matching chairs, stool and coffee table outside the lounge area. There is a built-in BBQ close to the kitchen with a sink.
Coast/Beach
The beach is approx 500m from the villa along the edge of the 16th fairway of the Ocean Golf course and the Praca (main resort beach) with restaurants, bars and shops is approx 10 mins walk from the villa.
Golf
The house is built within the Ocean Golf course and the Parque de Golf (clubhouse) which serves the famous Royal and Ocean courses is approx 500m from the villa. There are shops, bar and restaurant facilities at the Parque de Golfe.
Travel
Faro airport 20 mins.
Distances
The main shopping centre at Bouganvilia Plaza at Quinta da Lago can be reached by car in approx 5 mins from the villa.
Booking notes
25% at time of booking (non returnable if holiday cancelled). Balance 8 weeks before departure and a £300 breakage deposit which will be returned within 28 days of your return to the UK, less any breakage charges. An extra charge of £400 per week for pool heating, if required.
