Casa Mona is set on a hillside with far reaching views out to sea from its lovely roof terrace. It is decorated with a modern feel but has a traditional twist. 15 minute walk to the village of Santo Estevao with a local shop, restaurant, chemist and cake shop! Casa Mona is a flexible house with 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and which is set at the other side of the house to the other bedrooms. All three bedrooms have a window facing the swimming pool.

Changeover day
Mid and Low season we can be fairly flexible on our change over day, however, in Peak season we have a Wednesday changeover day. Check out time is 9am, check in time is 2pm.

Outside
Outside there are several seating areas, a terrace with table and chairs leads down to the kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded by the garden. A roof terrace insures uninterrupted views out to sea and fabulous sunsets.
Coast/Beach
All the closest beaches are a short 15 mins drive away, set on a sand bar it can be reached by boat or by a small train. Further towards the Spanish border are some beaches that you can just drive to.
Golf
Golf can be found within 20 mins of the villa, or 40 mins to the Quinta do Lago resort.
Travel
Faro airport is also a short 30 min drive from Casa Mona.
Distances
The nearest shopping facilities are in the village of Santo Estevao, there is a small shop which sells everything, a restaurant 'Ò Forno' which serves traditional Portuguese food at extremely reasonable prices, and a cake shop! This is a short drive away but is also only a 20 min walk. The village of Butoque approx. 10 mins walk away has a small shop and 2 bars. Further a field the traditional town of Tavira has an array of Restaurants, bars, beach and everything else you may need.
