Recently renovated to a very high standard, ideally situated and perfect for families with children and also golfers.
Outside
To the front of the property is a ground floor terrace overlooking the grass area of the square perfect for sunbathing and dining, to the side of the villa is a small barbecue area. A table and 4 chairs with umbrella. A large swimming pool and children's swimming pool are located only 5 mins walk from property (a charge is payable locally for the use of the pool).
Coast/Beach
The lovely beach at Vale Do Lobo is only a 5 minute walk away where there is great facilities during summer months.
Located also at the beach is the Praca overlooking the beach with numerous restaurants, bars and shops - great for all ages.
Golf
Located only 5 mins walk from the clubhouse of Vale Do Lobo with its 2 fabulous courses - The Ocean and Royal courses. 5 minutes drive from Quinta Do Lago and Pinheiros Altos courses. Also Vilamoura and Vila Sol courses only 15 minutes drive away. Also located on Vale Do Lobo is a 29 bay driving range - 5 minutes drive away.
Travel
Faro airport is a 20 minute drive from the villa.
Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced.
There is an internal bus service for Vale Do Lobo which runs around the resort every 20 mins. Weekly tickets available from reception.
Distances
Almancil the nearest town is a 5 minute drive away from the resort with a great supermarket and various shops and restaurants.

This is a lovely little villa in a great position only minute’s walk from the beach and restaurants and bars. Also located only 2 minutes walk away is a children’s club with swimming pool games etc all supervised by friendly staff - obviously at a cost. Air conditioning available in Bedrooms and living room. Please enquire regarding cost.
