Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Long winter lets are priced as follows: 6 months £175 perweek.
3 months £200 per week. Monthly £250 per week. Prices include all services.
Changeover day
Thursday, yet this can be flexible. We provide a drinks and food parcel welcoming pack on your arrival. Should you require any specialities, these can be provided at an extra cost.

The barbecue area has seating for 12 and a fridge/sink unit. The tennis court is just a serve away. The gardens consists of a fruit orchard with oranges, lemons, grapefruit, apple and fig trees as well as formal gardens with lily pond.

The nearest golf course is 20 minutes.
Travel
The airport is 20 minutes. Car hire is necessary and can be arranged.

The village is well equipped with a bank, shops, chemist, hairdressers, beautician, doctors, restaurants and local pubs. Internet is also available in the village. Within 5 mins. walking is a small acfe with pool table.
Booking notes
When booking a 25% is required, and the balance 8 weeks before. This can be done by English cheque or by IBAN direct transfer.
