The Quinta (farmhouse) is a beautiful and traditional Algarvian property. The property is totally private but at the same time not isolated, as the little village of Moncarapacho is reachable in walking distance. The property has an entrance gate and is surrounded by walls and hedges. A private parking for 6 cars is at your disposal. It is located on a small hill above the village of Moncarapacho and closed to the next beach in Fuzeta (about 10 mins by car). It is divided in 3 divisions (Main House, Club House and Apartment) which allows for a group of maximum 10 guests to spend their holidays together on one property but in separated houses. A big swimming pool of 7x15m, a tennis court and a nice garden with a small playground for children and different fruit trees available. For those who like to surf not only in the ocean but as well in the internet we have now wireless internet on the property.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Please ask for a quote for long term renting (winter lets). From October until April we charge extra for electricity and gas.
In low season we rent as well every unit separately, please ask for a quote.

In winter time we are renting the different houses as well separated (as well on a monthly base).
Outside
There is a spacious garden with grapes, lemon trees, orange trees, fig trees, avocados and more for our client`s breakfast. Every house has its own terrace / patio. For all guests we have a big swimming pool (7x15m) and a tennis court. The property is surrounded by walls and hedges.
Coast/Beach
The next beach is in Fuzeta, about 5 km away.
Travel
The next airport is in Faro (about 20 mins by car). The next Spanish airport in Sevilla is about 2 hours away.
Distances
The next village (Moncarapacho) is within walking distance of about 5 mins with post office, 2 banks, pharmacy, gas station, small supermarkets, small market hall, many cafés and restaurants, etc. Tavira is about 15km away, Olhao about 6km.
Booking notes
50% of the rent amount is payable with bank transfer until 10 days after booking. 50% until 30 days before the day of arrival.
