Bathroom fully tiled with shower. Access to roof top terrace with sea views and table and chairs. Please note there is restricted headroom over bed area.

Dona Ana beach 500m. Meia Praia beach 5 mins drive. Porto de Mos 15 min walk. Visit fishing villages and beautiful sandy beaches of Burgau and Salema or Praia de Luz with its small family beach with restaurants along the promenade. Surfing beaches on the West Coast including the surfers paradise of Amoda are within 30 mins drive.

Golf
18 hole golf courses Boa Vista, Penina, Parque de Floresta, Alto Golf, Morgado de Requengo and Palmares are all within a 10 to 25 min drive.

Travel
Faro 80km (40 min motorway drive). Lisbon 300km (2.5 hrs drive). Bilbao ferry port 10-12 hrs drive. Lago railway station 15 mins walk. Car hire recommend to explore Algarve but not essential.

Distances
Praia de Luz 5km. Burgau 8km. Salema 10km. Sagres 25km.

Further details
Local mini supermarkets and restaurant within mins walk from apartment. Other attractions are tennis, archery, sailing, lawn bowls, water parks, go-karting, cycling, horse riding and zoo.

Booking notes
Contact owner direct. £150 deposit & 25% of pmt payable at booking. Balance paid 8 wks prior to arrival. Late bookings within 8 wks payable in full. Weekly rates include £10 of electricity. Meter readings taken before and after your stay will determine any excess charges. Winter long lets available. High chair avail £5pw or part wk. Cot avail £8pw or part wk. Bookings less than 6 days will incur £20 cleaning costs. Please note: We do not rent when the entire group are under 25 years of age.
