Casa Paradias is a 3 year old villa 20 minutes to the east of Faro airport. 10 minutes from the towns of Olhao, Estoi and Moncarapacho where there are numerous restaurants.

Changeover day
Saturday is the normal changeover day, although Thursdays will be considered.

Towels and linen are included for internal use, but not for pool use. Towels are changed twice weekly and linen once per week. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is included to the lounge and bedrooms. During the warm season it is recommended that mosquito repellents such as electric plug-in vapour types are used at night in each of the bedrooms.These are supplied for clients use, but may need replacing during your stay.
Accessibility
All ground floor areas are wheelchair accessible.
Outside
The gardens are 0.3 acres and are fully landscaped, planted and maintained. There are patios at the front by the pool area and at the rear where there is a BBQ close to the kitchen doors. A timber pergola is included to front and rear patios, with the rear covered to provide shade. A table, chairs, 2 umbrellas and 6 loungers are included. The private pool is 9mx5m in size with a shower nearby. Heating to the pool can be provided at a cost of £50 per week.
Coast/Beach
Ilha de Tavira, Fuzeta and Pedras del Rei beaches are a 15 min drive away.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within 30 mins drive. To the east are Benamor, Quinta da Cima, Quinta da Ria, Castro Marim and Quinta do Vale. To the west are 4 courses at quinta do Lago and 7 around Vilamoura.
Travel
Faro airport is a 20 min journey and a car is essential to enjoy the many places of interest. Car hire can be arranged online when booking flights or at Faro airport. Vilamoura, Quarteira and Loule are a 30 min trip, while Albufeira is 40 mins. Flights can be arranged from most British regional airports through Easyjet, Monarch, British Airways, Air 2000, TAP, Thompson, Flybe and BMI baby.
Distances
The towns of Olhao, Estoi and Moncarapacho are 10 mins away while Faro and Tavira are 20 mins.
Further details
Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all 10 mins drive. The fish markets in Olhao and Tavira are well worth a visit. In summer Tavira has many festivals and is a busy place at night. Local markets are present in most of the local towns. Water Parks and kart tracks are not far away.
