| Kitchen: | The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. Elec hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fully equipped for 10. There is a breakfast table and chairs to the side. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has washing machine, iron, ironing board and important second large fridge for drinks. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining room is very spacious, with large 4 seater sofas, satellite TV (with BBC/ITV) and a DVD/CD player. It has a dining area to the side. Two doors lead to the pool and furnished terrace. |

Notes on accommodation
The pool, with night lights, is heated free of charge mid March to early November. A very large garden, with lovely planting surrounds the villa. There is also a boules area. The villa is fully gated with plentiful off road parking. Easy access from road to entire ground floor. Unlimited internet access available on request. Superb games room with table tennis, air hockey, table top football and a large pool table. There is a digital safe and 2 hairdryers in the villa. Portable bed, cot and high chair supplied free of charge.
Accessibility
Excellent accessibility from parking to all areas on ground floor of villa. Three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge and dining areas plus kitchen.
Outside
The gardens are large, fully landscaped, very pretty and well maintained. There are two patios with deep shade, one with a large BBQ. Also boules area. The pool terrace is fully furnished with table, chairs, loungers. The private pool has an external shower. The villa is not isolated but in a countryside setting with other executive villas, all with half acre plots. You will not be disappointed.
Coast/Beach
There are some lovely beaches and beach islands within 12-20 mins drive of the villa. Many accessed by small boat or narrow gauge train. Fun for everyone. Fuseta beach is only 6 miles with small boats island. The Rio Formosa National Park runs along the coast from Faro almost to the Spanish border and can be accessed closed by in Olhao. The are some wonderful walks in the region and a treat for bird watchers too. Excellent welcome book in the villa with lots more info.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within 10-25 mins drive. To the east are Benamor, Quinta da Cima, Quinta da Ria, Castro Marim and Quinta do Vale.The new championship course at Monte Rei is a test for most golfers. Over the border in Ayamonte there are at least 5 more courses. To the west, approximately 20+ mins drive are numerous courses in the golden triangle area of Vale do Lobo and Quinta da Lago. Many more too at Villamoura.
For those wishing to sharpen up their game there is a superb 9 hold par 3 course in Moncarapacho which comes highly recommended.
Travel
Faro airport is only 20+ mins drive. Car hire essential for this holiday as local supermarkets/shops 5-10 mins drive. Seville airport only 1 hr 50 mins, Lisbon 2 hrs 30 mins from villa. Happy to provide car hire recommendations on request.

Distances
Car hire essential. Moncarapacho is 2.5 miles from the villa with supermarkets, shops, bank, dentist, pharmacy and several highly recommended restaurants. More information in the Welcome Book in the villa. Olhao, with fresh fish markets, good shopping and excellent fish restaurants is approx 10 mins drive. Estoi with restored Rococo palace poussada and Roman ruins is 10 mins. Tavira and Faro approx 20 mins.
Superb local bistro only 800m from the villa, a gentle 12 min walk.
Further details
Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all 5-10 mins drive. The fish markets in Olhao and Tavira are well worth a visit. In summer Tavira has many festivals and is a busy place at night. Local markets are present in most of the local towns. Central Algarve attractions, water parks, go karting etc all accessible by fast road in 30+ mins. Then you can return to the peace and tranquility of the villa.
