Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A period of part of a week over the first or subsequent weeks is by negotiation and subject to availability. Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms only at an extra charge of £100 per week. In the winter months the air-con units provide heating also, at a charge of £100 per week.

Changeover day
Flexible. The booking is generally in weekly periods, though any period in excess of the weekly multiple will be considered on application (eg 10 nights). Arrivals after 2.30pm and departures before 10am.

Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
All main rooms are located on the ground floor. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The master and 2nd bedroom have a chest of drawers. A feature of the villa is its seclusion whilst being a very short distance from both the town of Lagos, the Boa Vista golf course and the beautiful beaches of Lagos and Luz.

Outside
All main rooms including bedrooms are south facing and have patio doors and direct access onto the extensive terrace and 2 large patio areas both equipped with patio table and chairs each seating eight (one overlooks the garden the other with typical built in Algarve BBQ overlooks the pool)- all rooms have either pool or garden views. Both the large secluded gardens (mainly laid to grass) and the large pool (The pool is approx 12m x 6m with a depth tapering from 1m - 2.4m) surrounded by further terracing are on the south side of the villa and have a high degree of privacy. All amenities are for the sole use of guests.

Coast/Beach
From the terrace of the villa, 3 coastal areas can be seen and many varied beaches are within easy reach - the small coves of Dona Ana and Praia Da Luz, to the larger beaches of Porta De Mos and Meia Praia. The West coast surfing beaches are approx 30 mins to the west where there are deserted beaches with ample parking. The pretty fishing town of Alvor is to the east with its fish restraurants and pretty sloping streets.

Golf
4 championship golf courses lie within close proximity to Lagos including Parque da Floresta, Palmares, Penina and Boa Vista course which is a mere 3 minute drive across the valley. Further afield but within 30-40 minutes are Morgado and the Alto Club near Alvor.

Travel
Faro Airport is approx 79km away and takes approx 45-50 mins to reach on the motorway. The Spanish border is approx 1½ hours away and Lisbon can be reached in approx 3 hours. Car hire whilst not totally essential is recommended for convenience.

Distances
The lovely and historic town and marina of Lagos and the seaside resort of Luz are both approx 4km away. To the west are Cape St Vincent and Sagres and to the east is the Monchique mountain range and the ancient town of Silves.

Further details
There are shops in Lagos itself - parts of which are pedestrianized. There are several supermarkets within easy reach including a large supermarket Intermarche with ample parking just 5 mins by car away from the villa.
For nature-lovers, a dolphin watching trip on a fast rigid-inflatable boat from Lagos marina is a must.
Further to the east, from the banks of the river in Portimao, a small Viking-style boat will take you up the river to the ancient town of Silves, with its fort and churches. The marshland you pass on the way is home to many of the local storks.

Zoomarine water park can be found next to the EN125 at Guia near Albufeira. There are also two water slide parks within easy reach one near Guia and another near Carvoeiro.

A 20% deposit is required on booking with the full balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date with a £200 bond refundable after departure.
